For this place to not have to open until 10:30 in the morning, this is definitely not how a chicken ranch wrap should be made. I have one single piece of wilted lettuce. I absolutely love Cook Out but this does not even look appetizing to me at all. My chicken Quesadilla only had maybe FOUR small pieces of chicken in it. They were not busy, we were the very first car in line.
Food is great. But if you keep it wrapped in the aluminum be prepared for soggy buns....oohhhh lord. I can't do wet buns unless they're out the shower 🚿
Huge line, super smart solution by then.
they asked everyone’s order while they waited and wrote it down for us to hand to cashier.
Food atmosphere and service everything was extra exceptional so much so I had to write a review for them.
Great job y’all!
I hope you’re not hungry when you get there, because they give you almost absolutely nothing. Three chicken strips barely longer than my thumb, 4-5 cheddar cheese bites and five hush puppies. Love spending $10 on this.
if I could give them a zero I would have. We went to Cook Out for lunch today. We ordered chicken tenders and Cajun fries. The chicken tenders were overcooked and rubbery and the Cajun seasoning put on the fries was so insanely thick and there was so much salt added that this was unedible. At no point should there be this much seasoning literally dumped on anything. I literally picked up a french fry and had to dump a pile off before I could even attempt to taste it. No sauce was offered and when I asked for some they were so stingy with it that it was ridiculous. Completely disgusting. Never going back. I should have just gone to Wendy's.
Unfortunately this Cookout had the worst inside service. The attitude of the person taking our order was very poor. That was after waiting forever to have our order taken. They got the order wrong as well. Then when we went to correct it they very sarcastically added the largest slice of tomato on the burger, because that was missing before, and it wasn't worth eating at this point. I would not recommend coming to this cookout.
Below is my original review. After work this is one of few places us eat so we return frequently. The issues were common. A few weeks after my original post, all issues seem to have been completely corrected. I am Very satisfied with every visit since. All new staff and great food and service. Great turn around and Great Job Cookout. I apologize for not updating my review sooner and Thank you for your efforts in resolving this.

Photos of two separate sandwiches attached. One having less than half a piece of hamburger on it and the other with a half slice of tomato more than an inch thick. This Along with 6 milkshakes with no indicator to which is which. 8 corn dogs and 6 double orders of fries, 3 sandwiches and told we could not have more than 6 packets of ketchup. 7 meals and cant even get a bag. I typically do not complain but this is getting old IS TOO COMMON for this place. The food is good but their staff...not so much. Pretty sure their business could be wiped out by any competitor open the same hours with better staff. They replaced the half burger patty with another half burger patty. Photo also included.
We wanted to try the egg nog milk shake it was very good. The staff was nice. The shake was thick and full of flavor just what we wanted. Thank you

This was our first time. We arrived much earlier than our reservation and was still promptly seated. Had several of the menu options, no complaints about any of them. Really enjoyed the environment, which was a suspect considering how close tables we

Always great friendly service. They have the best biscuits hands down!! When you add tomato it's not a tiny little piece. The eggs are fluffy. They are not stingy with their gravy like all the other places. It actually covers your biscuits. That's wh
Your couldn't have got a better gentleman to run the register. He was so outgoing and courteous! Very delightful! I think his name was Christian or Chris. Either way, everyone needs a front man like him.
My bridal dress shopping experience was so amazing here. Hannah's selections were spot-on, and all the dresses were absolutely stunning. Ultimately, I picked the first dress I tried on and I couldn't have been happier with it. I had also gone in with
I will never regret taking a single class at NOCA. Not only are the instructors experts in the craft, but they are also some of the nicest and most encouraging people you will ever meet. While the pandemic has affected many local businesses negativel

Isaacs Pools & Spas helped us with a very difficult situation. After another local pool builder started our project in 2021, they left us with a trashed backyard, empty frog pond and a dirt mound next to our house. The construction crew from Isaacs s
Cool spot right off downtown in Johnson city. Dog friendly inside and dog friendly outside thereâs a shaded patio. Bartenders were super friendly and had great service. Several cocktails, their craft beers they make are all delicious. Plenty of spa
First time trying this place. I loved how friendly the person who took my order was, he chatted with us while the cinnamon brown sugar and the cold pumpkin blondie were being made. The atmosphere was great, and the coffees were delicious. Will defini
