I've always liked cookout's product. Their food and value is great. However, their service was an issue for a while there after the pandemic. 100% better after my recent experience. I spoke with a manager named Shane, and he really seems to care about customer experience. He seems to set the atmosphere for his co-workers. All I know is my orders have been better prepared and takes a whole less time getting through the drive through. Very encouraging to keep me coming back with folks working there like this.
It was our family's first time having Cook Out since we moved here almost 3 years ago. We ended up parking instead of doing drive thru because we noticed a walk up order window. That was good because we did have questions about the menu and didn't feel rushed. The young lady who attended to us was great. The food came out fast and it was nice and hot by the time we got home. We are a family of 5 and everyone ordered what they thought they'd enjoy with a milkshake to top it off. The food was delicious and tge milkshakes oh so tasty. Great job Cook Out! We shall be returning very very soon. Thank you!
We came to cookout after a concert. I guess Denecia was the girl who took our order. She was very rude! Very dismissive. No personality. Harsh in the way she talked. Our food was great. So good job to the cooks back there, but was not satisfied with her full attitude.
It was everything we wanted from Cook out. Took 12 kids there for lunch and everyone was all smiles. Burgers were tasty, and the shakes were delicious.
Me and my child was happy waiting in the drive through on our weekly cookout trip the week that I get him, I and my child was appalled to hear the grading witch like voice making my child very upset. If that was it that would be fine but that was not the bad of it. Oh, no the lady had the nerve to give me sass because I got my words confused. Me and my child very upset at this interaction, but I have no ill-well to the person her self, I’m just suggesting that she gets move to a different job in the cookout, before she upset more children of divorce parents.
My last couple of times here has been terrible I spent over $20 today and my fries was hard and my burger was pink. The guy had such a bad attitude I didn’t even want to go back for them to fix my. Then had to wait 30 minutes to order. This cookout has surely made sure I never spend money with them again. Sadly this was my sons burger and I do didn’t catch it until half way through prayfully he does not get sick
Quick service but our milkshakes were too watery. The only way to salvage them was to leave the in the freezer over night. The fries were seasoned perfectly but they weren't cooked long enough.
Been here 3 times. Never been until I moved here last year. I always just get a regular cheeseburger & milkshake. First time my burger was great. Now it seems the food is going downhill. My burger was much smaller than my bun so it was more bread than burger. My bf got a double & we compared. My burger was actually thicker than his double combined. Seems like a way to just charge more without actually giving more lol. We had to laugh. The milkshakes however are good. Especially the banana cream pie one. Got a chocolate malt before and didn’t taste much malt it literally just tasted like chocolate. Anyway about a month ago I was going through the drive through to get milkshakes for a late night craving. It sounded like gunshots went off. Like many rounds. It was crowded and I never knew what happened. Couldn’t find anything out. Fire trucks and lots of police were coming through as I was leaving. It sounded like firecrackers but I don’t think it was. Definitely a bit concerning. I hope they can get a decent cook in there as it seems by the reviews the burgers have not been up to par. Might have to stick with five guys even though they’re expensive.
