Food is always great. Thats why I come back. But the young women Antonia with glasses and black hair that always runs the inside register at lunch obviously hates her job. She is horrible to deal with. Rolls her eyes, huffs constantly and is exudes attitude. Its every time I see her, not just a bad day. If you hate what you do go find somthing else. Its so aggravating to order food and feel like I'm inconveniencing her. My presence ordering food is obviously aggravating her. Instead of cooling off on my short lunch break I'm writing this review. The bathrooms are disgusting. The toliet is broken. The paper towel dispenser is broken. The soap dispenser is broken. Its dark becuase some of the lights are out and the ones that do work have the wrong bulb in them and are missing the trim peice to the light. The floors are slick. The dinning room looks great. The drink machines are clean. Moral matters. Everyone is uncomfortable dealing with her. Its not right.

This place reminded me of a much quicker Five Guys. The burger was great. So were the onion rings. The fries were limp and soggy, albeit flavoful.l We never did manage to get one of the mayo packets open. Wanted to try the shakes, but no room.

I thoroughly enjoyed this cookout mainly because the staff were so very friendly. Southern hospitality at it's finest. That just goes to show you that when I am greeted with a warm smile and a happy attitude: makes the food taste better! Happy Thanksgiving 2023.

We picked up food at the drive thru late one night. It took a while (probably 10 mins) to get to the window and then it took several more minutes of waiting at the window to receive food. That said, our order was accurate, and everything was solid fast food at a very affordable price. I think the walking taco is a new addition, and it was great!

Something has happened to the original vision of the Cookout franchise. I like that the food is wrapped in foil to preserve the heat factor, but lately I receive nothing but softball shaped food that is quickly tossed in a bag with little regard for quality once opened. Sorry for the poor review, but a $6 burger should resemble a sandwich, not a blob.

We had been camping at Freeman Beach when we decided to stop in for some actual hot food before we headed the 1.5hrs back home. We all had sunburns to some degree. The food was amazing and hit the spot. The shakes were delicious and cooled us all down. Aside from the fact the female bathroom was broken and the male bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the restaurant was hot and the employee kept having yelling matches with some kids, I'm assuming he knew from high school, we had an exceptional experience. The staff for the most part was professional, friendly and apt to fix any issue promptly. The food and shakes were exactly how we ordered it. Tons of options are available. We always get the Cookout Tray, tons of food for $5.00 is the best deal! So, many ways to order it between burgers, dogs, pulled pork, chicken sandwiches, quesadillas and the list goes on and on. I would highly recommend them! For a family of 7 adults we ate for under $60 which, included 6 shakes.

We have been to different Cook Out locations. We love the Pineapple and Blueberry milkshakes. At this Cook Out we went into it was different than come who you can go in. This was unique and different. We ate inside and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Best burgers you will get in the Carolina’s ! Be weary though as when they get slammed you will have to wait a little longer then you would at some other place, definitely well worth it though.
