Every time we come the burger is made incorrectly. They take the order right but whoever is responsible for making the order isn’t reading the ticket properly. Service was friendly and fast. BUT EVERY SINGLE table was dirty. Trash can was filthy, floor was sticky. Condiment/drink area was dirty and sticky. They were out of almost every condiment and napkins were stuffed in a drawer. Burgers are good; great price but management/corporate obviously doesn’t care about cleanliness

I enjoyed the dining experience at the Cook-Out. My burger was fresh and my only complaint would be I didn't want cheese or onions, stated no cheese or onions, yet both were on the burger. When I looked at the receipt it stated all the way. Maybe a new employee??

Dining area recently opened! Good burger and fries place! Milk shake good and thick! Onions rings were real onions! Food out quick! Fries are good when they are hot!

The hottest place in my town to grab food. Especially after Friday night football game. The line will be backed up into the road but it goes super quick. I was through it in no time. They stay open late which is a huge plus for my town. The service was very nice and helpful. Food was great. Their was plenty to go around and can't beat the prices.

Had cook out for the first time since i moved up here to SC, but i noticed they made my burger wrong, but me being me, i accepted the faulty burger, though it tasted kinda funny in my opinion. And low and behold later that night i was throwing up all over the place and had NASTY diarrhea for three days, Went to the urgent care that was close by the house and they confirmed i had food poisoning. And can you guess where i got it from? Yup! Thats right, cook out. Eat with caution

Everyone at Cook Out was Friendly and the Service was very Good ! Also Their prices are really Reasonable ! The walls Inside the dining Room look really nice with all the walls looking like a log cabin . It gives me a really calming effect and I enjoy the Calming Atmosphere . The Food was Tasty and We Enjoyed it Very Much ! Thanks !

Having been a devoted customer since it's opening, I can no longer recommend eating from here. When my dining companion ordered the chicken sandwich listed on their sign the lady on the register required the order to be a tray order. I ordered the tray with a double burger with cheese, no onions and my favorite banana pudding shake. What used to cost $20 is now priced hiked for way below subpar food. The chicken sandwich chewed like shoe leather, there was onions on the burger and the shake wasn't even blended (whole cookie pieces). There wasn't any paper products in the bathroom nor paper towels anywhere visible in the condiments area. All of the picnic tables are gone from inside dining reducing seating by over 1/3. Such a shame to have lost one of the better burger places left since the Dixie took a nose dive with their new management. Customer order 1073

Visited today for lunch and was welcomed with super friendly staff. I was absolutely shocked with how quickly they had the food ready. I ordered two trays, both with customizations on burgers, and a milkshake. It probably took 60-90 seconds from the time I placed the order to when I was leaving the drive-thru (if that long). Everything was prepared as requested, too! Truly an awesome experience!
