When it's fresh, it's good. When it's not fresh, I'm sure yall know how that goes. But overall, not a bad location. People are pretty nice (nice enough, at least) & the food is worth the price.
This cookout is the bomb. It's right by work. I love that they are open till 2am on the weekends. They always cook my food to perfection. Oh and I get a certain milkshake with extra toppings. They never fail me on that either
The food is good and the prices are reasonable. I had a bacon ranch wrap and I would definitely get it again. My husband got a double burger tray, which came with two sides and a drink for $6.99. Not a bad deal when you're hungry and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a burger meal.
Went Saturday Dec 23/2023 Was Nicely greeted at the door by Misty Mayweather, And as I ordered the male cashier Rung up order correctly,The food came out hot and perfect! I am a Cookout native, so to come here on the day I was really craving it, Chile, they changed their fries at this location, I'm assuming, and it's not good the fries make the tray these crinkle cut ones, y'all can leave that to Cane's, but yeah, lookout for the new fries.
I don't know but you're cook is lazy. Find a different job. You're not good for cooking. Burger trash Stack the onions on it like a mountain way overcooked they just all pull off. The bacon isn't even pulled apart stacked on like a lazy cook. I will never get food from this cookout ever Again. And what's up with calling your BBQ chicken there's no BBQ.
The only reason atmosphere gets a 4 star from me is because at least one of the speakers has been messed up for a while and makes it difficult to understand the cashier. Please fix. Thank you!
Well I finally tried cook out! I'd have to say it was very good, and very reasonably priced. The walking taco was delicious. crushed up bag of doritos with taco meat, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. Might be the best invention ever! I will go back and get lots of walking tacos 🌮🔥
The service was a little slow but it was because of low staffing. Not there fault. But the food was really outstanding for fast food. ð will stop there again!

Great State Park! The lake and trail is abundant with different ecotones and wonderful varieties of wildflowers that attract butterflies and birds. The staff is friendly and helpful (a special thanks to Diana, a volunteer).
