The restaurant I visited had a three-star rating, primarily due to its good service and atmosphere. The burgers were delicious, with juicy patties and flavorful toppings. However, the main downside was the excessive greasiness of the food. The high oil content left a heavy feeling in the stomach, diminishing the overall dining experience. Despite the good burgers, the greasiness prevented me from fully enjoying the meal.

I guess you get what you pay for! Portions were really small. Food was very bland and not fresh! The gentleman who took our orders seems to have been new, which is fine. However, the person working with him seemed very impatient and frustrated which made ordering our food longer than we expected. We got our food and expected to dine in, but ALL of the tables and chairs were filthy! Sooo we had to clean our own spot off... Great! My overall rating? 5/10, definitely won't be going back.

We are new to the Cookout and just started going there a few weeks ago. So impressed with the food that we have gone multiple times now. Suddenly the food and service has become terrible. Tonight my husband and I had “half” a burger on each of our buns. And they charged my husband 50¢ to hold the onions. Probably won’t be going back.

1st time we ate here was freaking awesome! We had 6 of us and we tried most of the menu between all of us and not 1 complaint! Service was perfect! Music was awesome and I can't wait to go back!!

Food was good staff was friendly. Only thing I didn't care for was when I asked what came of a plate the gentleman didn't tell me it was gonna be a sandwich when I only wanted. Meat plate not a sandwich. Over all was good. And fast.

Definitely not what I have had in the past. Quality of food gone down. Employees not on the ball either. Good help must be hard to come by. Won't return any time soon. Actually better quality @ M,W,BK,H, & S are a better choice. Too bad that you can not submit this survey with zero stars. Probably better burgers from Wawa. P.S. the company's response is a boilerplate response. If they gave a damn about the reviews they would take them all on individual issues and CORRECT the problems not just send a response with a phone number to call. How lame can that be. The help is also sub par. I ordered 2 double burgers with cheese. They put the order through and I paid my check, then someone from the cooking area came to the register and stated I wasn't charged for the cheese. "STOP THE PRESSES" I was then charged $1.12 for the cheese that the overly competent order taker didn't put on my bill. It appears GOOD help is at a shortage here in Virginia. That's all folks.

Every time i go after midnight i go in the 2nd lane and they ask me to pull around to the 1st. They have a big sign saying 2 lanes for faster service. It takes me 30 minutes to get through

I just came through the driveway and had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman taking our order was so unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. We finally just said please cancel our order and we will go somewhere else you are being so rude. It is completely unacceptable to speak to people the way she was.
