Cook Out - Restaurant in Norfolk - 1105 N Military Hwy, USA

Wow found out from the store managers GREG & TINA that this store is 14 years old and looks like a brand new store so clean and well cared for. FOOD was great we tried cook out in North Carolina and it was great. So just so I'm very clear on this consistency is every thing and both the restaurants were exactly 💯 alike. Great customer service great food great employees so excited to be at cook out working. Whatever you guys are doing don't change a thing it works you have some of the greatest employees around.

It’s a good fast food restaurant. Inside is slow to order, the counter staff seem hard of hearing everyone must place their order 4 times before they get it right. It’s slow and frustrating ruins the visit.

I ordered 2 hamburger meals with sides and shakes to go. The sides consisted of 5 small onion rings in 1 order and maybe 9 fries in the second order. The burgers were small. Somehow the buns were soggy through and through, wet would be a better definition. Our orders were different, but nothing was marked. They handed me both meals and drinks without a bag to put it in, I had to ask for one. The floor was dirty and every table needed to be cleaned. Don't waste your money here.

Fast and friendly. Pulled away from the drive thru not realizing I forgot my drinks. I parked to check my order and the cashier ended up bringing the drinks out to me. Everything in the order was correct and they went out of their way to make sure I got my whole order. Thank you!

Food is great. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Other fast food chains should take notes from Cook Out on how to hire employees. They are always happy and professional. They go out of their way for you if they can. Wonderful place.

The food was good. There were too many onions on the burger, and the portions were really small for the sides. I had 4 onion rings. Chicken for wrap was really crunchy. All batter hardly any meat.

Cashier was poor at best. You have to be careful, the base price is good,but when they ask what you want on you burger, they charge for everything but don't tell you. You can easily end up paying a lot more than what is listed without knowing it. Food was good for what you expect. Very fast service.

I ordered a double plate; Chicken strips & double fries. Thought it was going to be a little more french fries but the chicken was crispy so 3/5. Cheese bites are 10/10.
