Had everything we needed! Definitely reserve a parking spot - it is 100% worth it to park right there. It is on campus so I felt very safe, a lot of great transportation and food options. Clean rooms, super comfy beds, and amazing shower pressure.

A great, charming and comfortable haven in the middle of a very large, very busy city. We were lucky that we met a wonderful mom and her daughter at Temple Nuclear Medicine who told us about this gem (Thank you lovely ladies!). Our room (King) had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable! However, the very best part of this experience was the very lovely, intelligent and so incredibly helpful young women that work for The Conwell Inn! Gisselle was my overnight Angel and was incredibly kind, sweet and helpful!!! Tori was our check-in sweetheart who was also helpful, sweet and kind and both went above and beyond to help both my husband and myself with everything from checking in, finding local places that deliver food, helping with making my very early morning coffee lol, etc. Kudos to whoever hired these wonderful young women!!! Will definitely stay again in the very near future!!!

Location is great, but there are a lot of small things wrong with this hotel. In my bathroom it has a curved pedestal sink, so there was no place to set my toothbrush or hairbrush. There was no towel rack for a hand towel, so I had to drape it on the sink and part of it would get soaked everytime I washed my hands. It would be so easy to put in a small shelf next to the sink. Bed was soft but just getting worn out. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Although this hotel is quaint and a bit older, the location is absolutely perfect. We came for a college visit and everything was right exactly where we needed. No need to park or Lyft except for to and from the airport. That itself made it very economical. We did have a small item or two that we needed adjusted, but the staff was very accommodating and so super nice. At the end of the day, no hotel is perfect, but at least when people want to help make it a positive experience, it goes along way (Everyone I talked to went above and beyond… and Tori, and Ms. Clark our housekeeping person was so kind and friendly, they treated us more like family which is a nice change from a chain.)|It’s connected to a coffee shop, a 7-Eleven, and a pizza place all within 500 feet. I will say that address is tricky because the front of the hotel is on a walkway, which is nice because it’s not busy and it’s quiet, but if you’re lyfting or trying to find a parking lot, it takes an extra amount of effort, so plan for that. Worth it to be on campus! Will go back.

Graduated from Fox few years ago. Try to get some memories as I walked by Philly recently and paid $260 (much premium for this location) for one night. (For this price you may live in the double tree of Hilton) But never mind it is a hotel by Temple. Well, it totally ruined my lingering memory about this school. When I arrivedz they said they have no room for my storage. Yep, but at least if you try it to reorganize it, there is room for a 40L backpack. No, they will not help you. Even we cancelled within a hour as we Ubered to Temple. They charged me full amount for cancellation and pretend they have no right to reverse it or at least try to resolve it The girl at the other end just told me, when you done transaction, it is done. You cannot get your money back. Wow, I traveled the world since my college here, such thing is so rare to happen. And such horrible customer service. They will not respond to your message nor they will care at all. Cherish your memory and stay at other places, there are tons of good places to stay in the Philadelphia. Already filed dispute with my credit card company. Such awkward service and lamed altitude, what a shame....

Positive: The convenience to Temple University¿s campus. Negative: It¿s a bit dated; however, very clean. I would like to see handicap bar to get in/out of the shower. Negative: ""

What a find!! Last minute booking, found this little gem right on campus. Parking, just like the rest of this over built, over populated city, was less than desired. Kinda have to find one of the 8 parking spaces, and claim it for your entire stay, by NOT moving your vehicle. Once you move, you definitely lose. But, we were here for just one night, so, haven't checked on my vehicle yet this morning, so, this review may change, but, for one night, we dealt with the severe lack of parking, at the property at least! Cute little gem tucked in to Temple University campus. If you don't have to park your own vehicle, I would highly recommend this property, if you don't mind parking in a parking garage, and walking to the property, I would highly recommend. The couple employees we interacted with, were very cordial. The mattress and pillows in our room were like sleeping in the clouds, pretty good coffee shop, Saxby's, right off the lobby, if they unlock the door, if not, just a few steps from the front door of the inn. Definitely will stay here again!!!
