We've worked with Converged for years now - most recently on a very large Avaya upgrade of our entire phone system including a change to our carrier. It was a large undertaking and they were outstanding. It started with an excellent outlining of what needed to happen and when, along with an accurate estimate of price, and then expertly managed by Tom - which was not easy considering how many moving parts and different companies there were involved. Project finished on time. I see a long working relationship ahead for us for years to come.

Converged Communications Systems has been a vendor of Lawrence Hall for a number of years. They have installed and supported phone systems at a number of our locations. They have done some IT consulting work for us as well. They are very professional, and extremely responsive. They are not a hard sell / leave you in the weeds afterwards company. at all. Our rep, Joe Williams is great to work with. Joe has deep knowledge of the industry and is incredibly trustworthy.

After installing with Converged a Year ago at our newest location, it was time to upgrade phone systems at our 2 other locations. Again Joe Richard was our installer and again the installation was seamless. Joe helped us plan everything and installed on Sundays at both locations. Zero downtime, zero problems. Another great job, highly recommend Converged!

UPDATE: I must formally withdraw and reverse my negative review of Converged Communication System. I just had a quick conversation with Kevin Rubin, president of the company. I am really appreciated for his effort to personally reaching out to me and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. As a small business owner myself, I have empathy for other companies. We are not always perfect. We make mistakes just like everyone else. Things happened. But what makes successful companies vs those are not, is the good ones, when make mistake or when they are not perfect, they recognize and quickly rectify the issues. Good companies put their customers' interest above their own. Without happy customers, we don't have a business. We sometimes forget business is not always about the money, it is about the relationship. Through this experience, it is a lesson for myself and my company as well. For that, I give my much respect to Kevin Rubin and his company. Wishing him the best of luck.
