Beautiful hotel. Clean, new, spacious rooms, great views. Staff was very friendly....everyone from check in to valet and security was nice and helpful. Pool is very pretty. Food was good but expensive...but that's to be expected in a city. I did have to pay $10 for one diet coke in the bar which I thought was a little excessive so be forewarned. That being said....we had dinner and breakfast and it was good. If you need to stay downtown, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. ||The only negative is that this hotel is using the industrial sized toiletries in the rooms which are unsanitary in my opinion. I find those things really gross, not safe and low budget. It's incompatible with their luxury brand. They should offer guests the option to request individual toiletries.
Always love to try newer 5 star hotels, it normally comes with better rooms and service. And Conrad LA is definitely an amazing choice! Room, service and even food are all exceptional!
Pool and gym are nice, in house car service is a Lyft from hotel to within 2 miles. Turn down service is nice with relaxing music. Shower is great.
Hope u guys can keep up and will definitely come back for next trip.
The Conrad, Los Angeles knocks it out of the park with exceptional service. Prior to arrival, I reached out to the front desk with a few requests and Jessica G. quickly responded and helped to coordinate across departments with precision. Upon arriving, the room was beautiful, well-maintained and spotless, a credit to their wonderful housekeeping team. The hotel boasts spectacular views of downtown with floor to ceiling windows and thankfully, the A/C had no problem keeping the room cool as you take it the warmth of the sunshine. Dinner at San Laurel was divine with a great team led by Savannah T. who accommodated every request. The valet team is quick and always willing to answer questions as you navigate the city. ||Huge kudos to the travel sales team, Lanie S. for leading a masterclass in hospitality.
Last stayed here a year ago, a bit after opening. Have to say it has quite grown into itself. Room was super comfortable and quiet despite overlooking a somewhat busy street. Came back at night and though the restaurant was about to close, the bar remained open for dinner. Had a good glass of wine, a grilled cheese with bacon and fries that was great and outstanding service from bartender. Bar began to liven up with a young crowd after 10:30 — the hotel seems to attract young professionals and isn’t dead like a year ago — after which I retired. Used the gym in the morning which was more than adequate. Love the interior from the lobby to rooms with the use of wood and sunlight. Worth the price. Recommend if staying downtown. The hotel rivals anything in Beverly Hills, so good if even doing business towards the west. However, be aware, that taxis and Uber’s seem to have difficulty finding the place. Google maps have issue. So may have to call and direct.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Downtown, my first five-star hotel experience in the US, and it was fantastic. The room was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the elegant setting. What stood out to me was the exceptional room service; the staff was attentive and efficient, enhancing my stay with their professionalism.
The overall setup of the room was designed for comfort and luxury, which I thoroughly enjoyed. From the tasteful decor to the high-quality amenities, every detail contributed to a truly premium experience. The hotel itself maintains a high standard, evident in both the accommodations and the guest services. Staying at the Conrad Downtown was a remarkable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality.
This is an impressive and well run hotel! Clean and modern with lots of great amenities including pool, restaurants, and 24 fitness center. Despite the activity, the hotel was quiet when in the room. Above all, the staff and customer service were exceptional; some of the best I’ve ever experienced during a hotel stay. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely stay here again.
This was my first stay at Conrad Los Angeles and it was a great experience. I was there on business, arrived closed to midnight and left early in the morning and yet, the staff found a way to make a wonderful impression and engage with me. ||Check-in was smooth and I liked that they acknowledged I must have had a long day so they would make it quick. I was exhausted so the memory is a bit fuzzy, but I believe they offered to give me a quick tour of the public areas (restaurant) which I declined due to the time but will take them up on next time.||The room was PERFECT: luxuriously-appointed, but understated and everything was functional so it was a smart use of space. The bed was very comfortable and I really liked the layout of the closet area and bathroom.||While unpacking, I noticed I forgot a toiletry and the staff was so quick to deliver it, even at such a late hour.||Thank you, Conrad team!
we booked a one night stay using credit card points. however, as a longtime diamond member, we expected to be treated the same. We did the same thing for a two-night stay at Conrad London, we were given all diamond members benefits. Here, no. we were told we had no food and drink credit, only the $15 credit that everyone gets. and it’s super confusing about how to use the credit. we ordered a room service next morning, and were charged the full amount. i guess you can only use it at their bar or restaurant?
the parking was $62 valet only. google gives the wrong information by saying parking is free so be aware! luckily we were able to find a free street parking nearby.
the room was nice! we stayed on the 26th floor and the view was amazing! the bathroom was a little disappointing though. no bathtub! and it’s smaller than the ones in other conrad hotels.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and spacious and the bedding was incredibly comfy! Loved the free coffee & pastries each morning. If you have a car, the secure parking is so worth it & made us fee

I was amazed by the authentic Japanese cuisine at UKA, and being Japanese myself, I believe this restaurant truly captures the essence of our culinary heritage. The chefs' attention to detail brought out flavors that transcended mere appearance, leav

I can't speak more highly of this amazing establishment. My friends and I came hungry and were treated to some of the most authentic and delicious plant-based / cruelty-free dishes. I ordered a little assortment and each one became my favorite!

Valentina and Helen are absolutely wonderful trainers. They always go out of their way to help everybody out: always giving adjustments to improve posture and performance. I always book a session when one of them is there. They also play great music.
My time at this gym has been nothing short of exceptional! I recently hit my 1 year anniversary and am proud to be a member of CrossFit Echo Park. At first I was hesitant about joining CrossFit in general due to thinking it was just a bunch of rugged
