Andy Corvalan rocks! Simple as that. Our existing P.O.S system vendor made changes to the software without our knowledge which caused our credit card swipers to stop working. For a business that does 80% via credit card, manually entering is not an option. Our existing company explained that we needed to full upgrade that would take three (3) weeks. Not acceptable. Andy expedited our order and got us up and running in 3 days... that might be some sort of new POS install record. I've worked with Andy when I developed online ordering for our website. This guy never sleeps and ALWAYS delivers. Thank you Andy and thanks for introducing us to Clover. Clover blows away our previous POS. As someone with a software background I can't wait to integrate this with other software I have developed! I'll say it again.... Andy rocks and so does Clover!

Installation went seamlessly. He showed up at the scheduled time and patiently instructed staff on how to use new equipment. Any bumps in the road during the programming phase were handled with prompt updates from Andy. All of our calls receive quick response from him as well. Straight forward and relatively simple.
