My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Julie as our Condo Advisor. Julie is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and professional—she is all that but also has a friendly, caring personality. I appreciate the fact that she is not all business. She is empathetic and really listens to your concerns and needs. Our situation required a lot of back and forth trying to coordinate 3 couples with varying destination preferences, dates all 6 of us were available, and condo availability. Julie took the time to research and find us many destinations to choose from. It wasn’t easy—her patience was incredible!! I love working with Julie. She is the best!! I will always ask for Julie for future travel plans!! Thank you Julie!!

We just had an amazing experience with Debbie! While we purchased our membership a while ago we never understood the details. And after a wonderful step by step presentation we are now better equipped to take a vacation. Lots to learn and Debbie made the experience enjoyable. Thank you CTC

She was so helpful, friendly, and offered a number of tips about booking condominiums. She advised on things I had not thought to ask and really had a thoughtful and caring attitude. I have been a member for a few years now, but with covid, I have not been traveling much. Today, I called to get some assistance with booking a resort/condo, which I have never done since becoming a member. I spoke with Debby, and she was absolutely amazing! She walked me through so many steps on how to navigate the website and tips and tricks to making sure I was knowledgeable on some fees that some resorts/condos charge and how to find them. She explained the different options I have access to when planning any vacation. I am so appreciative for the time and patience she gave to me. I was exasperated with the web site and then I got to talk with Julie. At a time when most Customer Service is an emotional challenge, Julie is a breath of fresh air. I called the condo department today asking for help in securing a rental condo. Debby graciously answered all my questions and took time with me to go through the entire process of securing the week and unit I was interested in. Without her help, I wouldn't have been able to book the vacation. Her patience and kind words made the experience enjoyable. Her customer service skills were nothing less than top notch!

Julie was very informative, she explained all of the packages, how to hold them and book them. I have had this package for over two almost 3 years and she made it easy to understand and if I have any additional questions I would reach out to Julie.
