The room with the king size bed is spacious and the bed/pillows are comfortable. The bathroom with spacious with a shower (rainfall head) and a separate soaking tub. Lighted mirrors aid in makeup application. We stayed for six days and appreciated the thorough room service we experienced with Hajrija. She took great care to provide a very clean room with fresh towels every day. We enjoyed the restaurant on the premises. The food was really good and there was live band and dancer the night we were there. There is a coffee maker in your room and a cappuccino machine on the third floor. There is a gym on the 4th floor. Starbucks is a very short walk, as is the Bakery and Cafe across the street. This part of the city

It was a great experience! Amazing view, courtesy drinks and I asked with time for a nice view and high floor and it was 100% respected. The lobby personel was super friendly and helpful even alllowed us to stay for a late check out. Overall it was a great experience and would 100% come back

One of the best hotels in NY, pleasantly surprised by room size. The room was clean and had the most amazing view. I would like to thank Sandy for being so amazing, went out of her way to assist me each I needed help. will definitely stay here again

This is my 10th or 13th stay here in the last few years, and has become my go-to NYC hotel for personal as well as business travel. ||Simple - the important things (essentially everything when one travels) are done well - what a concept. Everything works and efficiently so.||I'm usually on the upper floors (30th and higher) - the elevators respond near-instantaneously. ||I think the hotel was fully upgraded in the last few years, and it shows. The rooms are impeccably clean; the furnishings always look brand new - the bed feels brand new; the heating/cooling system is silent - rare in this town; and the bathrooms remind me of the expensive renovation we did at home last year. ||Front-desk staff is attentive and quick.||The small restaurant/bar off the lobby offers the healthy breakfast options I live on.||I'm pleased !

A cozy midtown hotel. It feels small, and there aren’t many amenities or common areas, but that being said the rooms are nice. The city view room I stayed in had beautiful views and huge windows that really helped you feel the heart of the city. The bathtub and shower were really nice. Service was ok, nothing that wowed but nothing that went wrong. Location was great. Really close to multiple subway stations. Overall I’d call this a good hotel. It’s not luxury by any means, but it’s a good place to stay if you want an above average room in midtown.

Concorde hotel is “my NYC Hotel” with a great location, near Central Park, shopping, restaurants and banks. the rooms are a good size, the bathroom big, and the personal friendly and always ready to help you.|I my case, one morning the coffee maker in the business center was broken, and Armando (one of the employees), send immediately to my room some coffee pods. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

my sisters and i had a comfortable stay at the hotel! despite the small cramped feel of the room (while we were booking, we didn’t care much about the size of the room as we knew that during our trip we would be out of the room and that we’d just use it to sleep), the room was relatively clean and well structured! the staff were friendly and accommodating. i would def recommend it

I’ve been staying in hotels all month, this one was the most expensive and had the least amount of amenities. This hotel is not for children when it comes to food. There wasn’t anything on the menu I could eat or that was appealing. Most hotels have at least pizza and fries for children and adults who eat like children… they did not. The breakfast, that you have to pay for, wasn’t a typical hotel breakfast. Maybe I’m just poor, but this place just feels to fancy for regular people food. I was confused because they have burgers, burgers and no fries? Maybe they did have fries, I didn’t ask, but I also didn’t see it on the menu. The rooms are so close that I was scared awake every night when my neighbors opened there door because I though they were opening my door. I had the do not disturb sign on, but it didn’t matter because the walls are so thin, I could hear housekeepingggg every morning. They have these throw pillows that they obviously don’t wash because when I came in tired and laid on them, it smelled like my boyfriend’s hair after he comes from the gym. Gross. Immediately threw them off the bed, never to return to them again. I could tell the room was clean, but everything smelled like it had been sitting for a while. Like it just smelled… dusty. If that makes sense. The AC in the room wouldn’t let me change the flow of the air, so it said it was 70, but it did not feel like 70 until many hours later. I will say that the shower was really nice and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and amazing. They actually had the best staff of all the hotels I’ve visited. If it wasn’t for the staff, I would have given this hotel two starts in comparison to the others alone. Give the staff a raise. This hotel is also right in the middle of everything. I was so glad I didn’t rent a car because most of the stuff I needed was in walking distance.
