Knowing for there soup and salad bar and there breakfast bar we must have come in at the wrong time as at 2:00 the breakfast bar was still up but was not a option. They told us that it would take 20:00 minutes to switch out the buffet we waited 15:00 minutes and no progress was made on the buffet table so we opted to order off the menu. The food was well portioned seamed to need a little bit more flavor the ice tea was good

I have tried a lot of different dinners and have loved every one of them. The soup and salad bar is always fresh and a great option. Have yet to try breakfast/breakfast bar but have heard its all delicious. If you want great food,great atmosphere with fast and extremely friendly service give Concord family restaurant a try. The best restaurant ever. Fresh great food. Amazing friendly staff! Very clean and tasty food. Food quality is amazing. Parties orders are served quickly maintaining the same high food quality. No clue they are the best restaurant in the area, they just got an award of the nest restaurant in the country and wast Cleveland. All the best guys.

My husband and I love finding small quaint family restaurants that the locals frequent when we are on vacation. Our latest was a little restaurant near Painesville, OH I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great service, huge portions, delicious food and you certainly get that down home feel. We enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely be back.

My first time there. Was very disappointed. We went for lunch on a Saturday and were given full menus to order from. A lot of the items we wanted to order "were not available because they had the breakfast bar" until 2pm. Don't hand out the full menu if simple lunch items (like soups or desserts that are advertised to come with the meal) are not available. Plus, the service was not the best. We had to get up and search for our waitress twice after waiting 15-20 minutes for her to return (after being told she would be right back) and to get our coffee cups refilled. Maybe just offer a very limited menu when "the breakfast bar" is being served?

Ate breakfast there this morning. Received ONE piece of toast. Called my server over and told her if she served me two eggs, she would have to serve me two pieces of toast. Said she could not but could charge me for one piece. THAT WILL BE THE LAST BREAKFAST I EAT THERE!!

If you're looking for a spot to get breakfast Concord Family Restaurant is a must! I called before heading over to make sure they were still serving breakfast, and they answered in a timely manner and were very pleasant over the phone. Walking in, I got greeted at the door by all staff with warm smiles. This is exactly what I needed after a rough day! The restaurant was nicely decorated with Christmas stuff and very clean! Michele was my server and took great care of me. She was very attentive and kind. I ordered a veggie omelet with a few modifications, and it came out quickly, and it was the best breakfast I've had in a very long time. I'm not from here, and I felt like I was at home with good company and great food. Thank you Michele for the Great Experience! Also, the staff here looks like they have fun and celebrate each other. Me and my boyfriend paid a visit today for the first time. The environment and temperature of the dining area was very soothing. The food was delicious and fairly seasoned and not heavy in fat or salt. Prices are extremely fair so I will most definitely come back for another visit.
