I am grateful for the opportunity to work and when I was I worked hard. I was told only after coming on board I’d be paid bi weekly which isn’t a preference for me and it was by fellow employees nonetheless. I then confirmed with my agent. I soon after had gotten hurt at work. A muscle strain. I worked for two weeks in great anticipation for my check ofc it was rightfully earned. However the mail comes on the date i was suppose to receive the check(this morning) and I did not receive it. This wouldn’t be such an inconvenience if it wasn’t my very first check from the job. The account for my direct deposit after registering it on adp checked out just fine and I was able to put it in for direct deposit. But when the time came the transfer failed. So i was told I’d receive a live check. Now I am without much money hurt and waiting for my first check longer than what has been told. Two weeks is a long time. Nevertheless waiting even a few more days past it.

I worked through Comserve Systems on 2 different occasions. As for this branch of Comserve, The Representative I dealt with named Vicky, In my own dealings, was one of the single most professional, polite, and helpful individuals I've dealt with in my entire career. I would recommend 10/10
