Had my laptop repaired here. Although I paid a little bit more than I expected, they did a great job. It took quite a while to source the parts from MSI, but they ordered the parts while I kept my laptop. It's running better than it did when I bought it

Our business was in dire need of a new computer system. Comserve was recommended on Facebook so I called. Arnold is amazing. He lead me in the right direction and built us a fabulous new system. He took the time to come and install it and was always there if I had questions. And now a few months later he did it again. Another computer built for us! My desktop computer was very old and outdated. I was looking for a new computer that I can play games on and run my business. I’m not computer savvy at all. I called Arnold and he was very knowledgeable, and understanding. He spent the time listening to what my needs were and didn’t upsell me on things I didn’t need. He followed up with me a week later to check in to see how I liked the computer, and if there were any issues. Arnold and his team at Comserve come very highly recommended. Very, very highly recommended!

I had originally taken my macbook to be repaired at Best Buy, but the staff there couldn't help me. I called at least 20 places to see who could repair but nobody answered their phone accept these guys. I told them what was happening and they said to come on in. They not only fixed my laptop right there in front of me, but because it was such an easy fix, they didn't bother charging me. Had I gone to Apple for repairs,they would've charged me at least $100 for the same thing. These guys are super kind, transparent, helpful, and also super knowledgeable. I am so glad I found this place. I will only be taken my laptops/computers to these guys from now on. They are the best!

Contacted many times, got in touch, but no answer. Simple keyboard repair. Can't get in touch, and I assume they do great work, but don't expect them to be available for days on end.

Posting this review based on the support Arnold and his team provided , soon as I walked in his team was attentive from the start and I haven't even agreed to anything yet his patience and knowledge alone deserves 5 stars . Dropped off 2 towers and 1 all in one pc . The rates are amazing

Went here because my computer died on me. Wanted to build my own pc with parts recommended and it came out 10x better then ever expected. So happy I can here. Arnold is extremely knowledgeable and without question one of the best! Won’t go anywhere else for my pc needs ever again. Highly recommend

Very terrible service, I dropped off my laptop on a Thursday (1/31/19) and was told that they would look at it and give me details on what was wrong with the laptop. I took their number and added it my contacts since I screen all my calls and never received a call. I contacted them the next day to find out the status and I was told that a tech had to look at it and get back with me. The whole day I’m waiting and never got any feedback. I called back and still nothing. The weekend passed and I called the following Monday and I was told the tech will contact me with quote and he never called me so waited a day and called back and they said they were trying to call me and I didn’t see any missed calls from their company being that I saved them to my contacts so I was given a second number to save and never received all calls. So it’s been a week and no status or nothing on my laptop. I went down to the shop today (2/7/19) to pick up my laptop and was told they were trying to call me in which that was not true. I missed out on very important business without having my laptop, THANKS A LOT COMSERVE!!!
