These guys are great at getting your computer fixed and back to you quickly. I broke my screen on my desktop Dell and went to them. I also decided to bring my old laptop that was so sick and slow I never used it anymore. The laptop was back to me better than ever the next morning. They ordered a new screen for my desktop so that took a day longer awaiting the shipment. After two days I'm back up and running better than before. So my data is safe and sound. You can trust these guys. They are very personable, and have very good prices. They will answer all your questions and work with you. You can't go wrong going here. I will go here for all my computer and device needs from now on. Thank you guys I appreciate it very much.

Recently had my MacBook screen replaced by these guys. They did an excellent job. Shortly after getting it back, the screen went bad again. Unfortunate timing, but they were able to get it replaced as well. These folks are very friendly and likable. They put in the time to find me a replacement screen, even tried to find a used MacBook that had a good screen and just replace my screen with the used one. Unfortunately they couldn't find one, but that is not their fault. They even offered a loner laptop while waiting on mine. Labor was a little expensive in my opinion, but unfortunately that's the price of owning an Apple MacBook.

I took a 13 year old Dell laptop in that would not boot up. The Owner and James were very attentive to making sure they found out what was wrong and as it turned out the Mother Board was bad. They offered a used Dell Laptop in good shape to me and all they needed to do was to install my hard drive in it. They even ordered a new battery for the laptop and I am now back up running with a functioning computer. I am retired and the total cost for everything was very reasonable. This was my first experience with this company and my take away is that they know computers and electronics and their goal is to service and repair the customer’s equipment by finding the best solution at the most reasonable cost. Computers Paramedics is GREAT! I took my IPad in to be looked at and received wonderful service. Father and son were friendly, prompt and extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend taking your computer devices there to be repaired.
