Omar at Computer World HB is friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to the computers he sells. I first went to this store to repair my daughter’s laptop and unfortunately it was beyond repair. Omar did offer a few options that are comparable in specs, and he does not try to up sell you on a computer that is not needed. Their prices are below other stores and even Amazon in my case which is a win in my book. He offers warranties on the products he sells, which is another win. I will be back whenever I need a new computer for sure and will recommend this store to my friends or family. So, if you’re in need of a computer you need to go see Omar. If you’re in the market for a custom-built rig, Omar is your guy. His computers are beautifully assembled, and his wire management is on point.

Omar and Mark they sold me a computer for $1350 and it died after half a year, when I contacted them they said they would help me, but then they offered a loan for half the cost of this computer, in order to get my money back I agreed to take a new computer from them to pay them $1300 more , but after two days I changed my mind and wanted to return this computer, but they refused me. My friends who are reading this review do not fall for the scam, buy all this from Best Buy and be happy these guys were nice at first, but when it comes to serious stuff they act like rats running from a drowning boat,ignore calls all the time, don't contact them and don't buy computers from them. -100stars

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! By reading the reviews, I know all to well what kind of people run this business. I just wanted to say, thank you to all the people who left honest reviews about how bad they are. It saves me from losing money and hardships i don't need. Guess I dodged a bullet because I was going to buy my next laptop here but have now decided not to.
