I had a Dell Inspiron which had the keyboard go out. Computer Works had the experience to replace it and, though we couldn't locate a working replacement keyboard, they were fair and easy to work with.

Looked through the reviews and every one of them are understated. I have had Scott service my company for probably 15 years. My first experience told me Computer Works and Scott were different from any of the other services. No less than 3 other techs tried and failed at fixing the issue but NOT before digging into my pocketbook. Scott is a wealth of knowledge and he treats you fair. Thomas Loux White Birds Unlimited

Scott did an amazing job I have been using him for 15 years now and he always gets it done and stands behind his work I will use him again. He fixed my PC's and now my apple computer.

The proprietor is correct that he has never had any business dealings with me. But that is not my fault. I had first submitted a request via the "Computer Works" website but never got a reply. Then I took my pc directly to the business location expecting to have it repaired, but found that the entire building was locked with a sign indicating that this was due to COVID precautions—despite the fact that mask requirements, etc. had been dismissed several weeks earlier. The sign on the door did provide the business's phone number, and advised calling that number to gain admission. I attempted to do this and received no answer. Looking through what appeared to be the appropriate office window, the lights were off and there was no activity. This was at around 2:00 p.m. The one-star rating was given because the proprietor did not respond to a request via his website, did not answer his phone, and was not in his office during ordinary business hours. I am not attempting to be unpleasant, but I do feel that other prospective customers are entitled to be forewarned regarding a potentially frustrating experience.
