Huge shout out to Brad, owner of Computer Troubleshooters on DW HWY across from Shaws He did an amazing job replacing a hard drive while minimizing my downtime, as my laptop is used for my home business. He accurately diagnosed the issue and as a result, the speed of my laptop is at least 10X faster if not more. A good computer repair expert is hard to find. Not only does he know his stuff, but he is honest and affordable. I give Brad my highest recommendation.

Computer Trouble Shooters, Merrimack New Hampshire I had serious invasion of my computer by a sophisticated hacker from China (I think). Seems to have started with cancellation of my Facebook account and me trying to fix it by calling the Facebook help desk. Almost immediately I started receiving E- mails relating to gift cards purchased at Amazon, Best buy, Target etc. Unknowingly, I had created a mess. A call to to Computer Troubleshooters in Merrimack and an invite to bring my sick computer in for a check up. One day later a call came to me saying my computer was fixed and ready to pick up. Unbelievable fast service, a great explanation of what happened, and all at a very fair price. 5 stars are not appropriate. To low. I would score 10 or more if possible. Highly recommend. Solid, honest and just an all around great guy to do business with.. used him multiple times and has always gone above and beyond to see that things are done right the first time and out the door! Brad was a life saver, my husband and I run a local business. Recently our Company computer crashed we were lost. In panic mode we reached out to Brad, we never looked back he was at our business within the day and spent countless hours (at a very affordable rate) until we were up and running. Since, we have hired him on two separate occasions for various things, getting us where we should be in this world of technology!! If we could give him a10 stars we would. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I brought in my desktop PC to help diagnose the reason it was having trouble booting. In under an hour he was able to determine that the GPU was marginal and needed replacing, saved me a lot of time and trouble switching out all the different components myself when I didn't even have access to replacements for each. Just recently received the replacement GPU and my PC is all running good now, and I was very happy that Brad was able to take care of disposing the old GPU for me as well, all I had to do was drop it off. Brad is a true professional, would highly recommend!

Brad is the guy you have to see when you have computer problems. He’s worked on several of mine and I’ve been more than happy with the quality and his reasonable prices. Forget Geek Squad. Brad is the best!
