Computer solutions got my laptop running much faster and the cost was very reasonable and quick. All of the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with someone who is technically challenged. I would highly recommend them.
The people here have been very friendly. I had a printer (not a cheap one) that had an issue with the paper feed. It simply wouldn't feed the paper through. I brought it in to be fixed, which I thought would be a simple issue to resolve. They worked on it for over a week, and were unable to fix it. Fortunately, they didn't charge me anything. I will still return here if I ever need to.
In my years of dealing with tech solutions companies, I have never had such an amazing experience. Jay Warren is absolutely the most professional, most courteous and knowledgeable tech I've met. Honestly, I'm just floored by the service of this company. A+
Phenomenal prices and diagnostics. I bought a pc in November and have been slowly upgrading it. When it came time for my to upgrade my heat sink the pc never even ran windows at a tolerable speed. I took it here with hopes of a diagnosis and they delivered. They were patient with me as I was working around my schedule to bring them parts for better trouble shooting. After I got them everything they needed they let me know the issue the next day and I came and picked it up. Replaced the motherboard as told and it runs better than it ever did.
My MacBook screen went black and took it here. They were so nice and explained everything to me. And had my MacBook fixed in 24hours..They have the Best customer service. Thank you.

I took my custom built pc tower in after a mishap corrupted my windows OS. They were able to fix the problem and have my computer back to me the same day. Then when I had troubles with what I thought was my power supply the next day, they let me bring my computer back in and took a second look at it. Turns out it wasn’t an issue and they were once again able to get my computer back to me the same day. It’s now working perfectly! Super professional as well as nice people working here.
