I unexpectedly had my computer hard crash on me, and after doing a quick google search I found Computer Solutions! They were able to take my computer off my hands within the day, which was incredibly helpful, and they did a thorough job checking her over to see what the issue was! They were very patient the whole time, especially since the replacement motherboard got lost in the mail on the way there, and incredibly friendly and helpful at all points. And at the end, instead of just shipping me out, they had me stay and run a few programs to make sure everything was 100% in order! Something you don't see a lot, that's for sure. Overall, a 10/10 experience and they will be my go-to from here on out!

I've been coming to this PC shop for years after an awful experience at another repair shop and I'll never go elsewhere again! I gave them a very difficult task of troubleshooting a new beefy gaming pc build, using pre owned parts I ordered from eBay. I’ve built many PCs before but couldn’t figure it out so I had to ask the experts. Although it did take some time, Charles (who is the most personable tech support guy I’ve ever met) clearly communicated everything. They also take pride in buttoning everything up so your pc looks amazing when you pick it up. Very satisfied with reasonable pricing. Would do business with again.

Do not ever take your electronics here, they are a fraud and broken business. The only employee in the shop accepted my hard drive that needed fixing, and my $100 deposit, knowing that the only person in the company who could send me the invoice and bill for the repair, his boss (also owner), was unavailable for a prolonged amount of time. Despite knowing this, he promised me that I’d be able to get this invoice and diagnosis of why my hard drive was failing within 24 to 72 hours. The boss continued to be unreachable, the employee could never get access to the invoices or make them, and what was supposed to be three days maximum, became almost 4 weeks. I was lied to frequently, I was promised that he could get a hold of him eventually with call and email attempts, but I honestly gave him too many tries. The boss never notifies him about his whereabouts or these delays, and has broken the contract about the quality and timeliness of their services, and I sent an email saying it had taken too long and I wanted a refund, I needed to travel home at the beginning of June. I have not heard back and it’s been a week since the refund emails been sent. Do not ever come here. Dishonest malpractice. The employee refused to email me a photocopy of the contract that had my signature on it, so I was forced to come in person to take a picture of it instead. It’s a good thing I was still in town that day, but since I’m entitled to that paperwork, it could’ve been much worse for them. I’m done, and took back my hard drive too. Update: Boss/Owner contacted me and provided a full deposit refund plus a little extra compensation for the whole mess, super grateful :)

Brought my laptop in for a broken screen. It was a custom built HP with a somewhat niche screen, but after the parts arrived it was repaired quickly. I received communication before the parts were in, and once it was ready for pick up. The staff was knowledgeable, and the overall experience was positive.

From great service to terrible. I brought my laptop into them and they were great: they kept me updated the whole way, did a proper diagnosis, and, when we learned that they could not fix it, they helped me get my old warranty providers to accept my laptop and fix it themselves. Then, when that happened, a switch was pulled and service became terrible. I asked them to back up the data on my laptop before I sent it off, and it took them almost a week to do (for the amount of data on the machine, this is unacceptable). Then, once I had a functional laptop in my hands again, I learned that they did not even backup all of my data. Luckily I backed up a lot of it independently, but now a not insignificant amount of data is just gone because of them. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Stay Away! UPDATE: One of the employees at Computer Solutions saw my review and threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't take it down! If there wasn't enough reason for me to give them a bad review, now I know that these people are bullies and unprofessional.

Made an appointment to have my Mac looked at, sent me to another location to have it fixed for free since it was under warranty. Super friendly, honest and good service, will go back in the future if I have any other tech issues !
