I've brought my Mac problems to Computer Solutions several times. Their customer service is great and they resolved every computer problem I presented them with. I highly recommend them.

We brought in our daughter's apple laptop because it wasn't responding and the battery was having issues. They were beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent 30 minutes with us troubleshooting and even chatted with our daughter on the phone (while she was at school) to teach her how to save space on her laptop so it would function better. He was honest, courteous and did not "sales pitch" us (which we truly appreciated). He got her laptop functioning to get her through the end of the school year and we definitely plan on coming back to purchase a new laptop from them for her to take to college next year. So happy we found this place!

My I-Mac was running so slowly I wanted to pull my hair out. Computer solutions walked me through all the options. They fixed my computer for a very reasonable price and kept me informed every step of the way. My I-Mac is running like new, and this was such an easy, painless process. I will use Computer Solutions for all my computer repairs and purchases going forward!

So glad I went to Computer Solutions. My old Macbook took ill, and it didn't look good. I wasn't sure if it could be saved. I want to avoid the madhouse of the Apple Stores, so I took it to Computer Solutions which is a Apple Authorized . No lines, prompt service, helpful experts in a quiet atmosphere. After they looked at it, with they gave me a thorough evaluation - no pressure. I decided to purchase a new one. The service charge was applied to the cost of the new one, and they got me a little money on the old one. They helped me decide what to buy. When I picked up my new Macbook it was ready to go - seamless. All my files and accounts were loaded onto the new ones. They went over everything with me, making a few suggestions for security and maintenance, and answered all my questions. I took it home and picked up where I left off. No need to spend hours getting the new one set up. The only way I'll buy a Mac from now on.

Computer Solutions made it very easy to get my computer checked out after I had a spill onto my macbook and they did it in a timely matter. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. My macbook turned out to have no damage to it but they went above and beyond to clean it even though they didn’t have to. Also when I went to pick my mac up a cute little friendly dog greeted me unexpectedly at the door 😂 Very cool atmosphere.

I have always needed assistance when I purchase a new computer and its associated gear. I want help appraising what I need and what tech best fits my needs. I want help getting the new system up and running (which includes transferring files and cleaning up directories). I want coaching as to best operational practices. I have been an Apple/Mac guy since the mid-80's. I still am but when the Apple Stores dropped their genius bars the services I listed above went away. Apples On Line and Phone assistance remains the best but the Apple Stores are little more than showrooms now with a sales staff. Other places sell Apples/Macs but the competency of their staffs is always questionable. Several of the more trustworthy companies are long gone. I got all the help I asked for at Computer Solutions. More importantly one of their staff spent significant time with me identifying my needs and then guided me through the options that would address those needs. I was up and running with a MacBook Air in less that 24 hours after a short afternoon at their shop working with that same staff member who quickly brought the new computer AND me up to speed. That staff member, Andrew Bader, guided me SO Well! This has been the best experience with a new computer that I have ever had. A bonus.....he helped me clean up my old computer making it an ongoing asset. I will go to them for all of my computer needs. Unfortunately, Apples are such good machines that they last for a long time so my future business with Computer Solutions is likely limited BUT I can recommend them to others for overall excellence.
