Huge shout out to Michelle, Computer Shack rocks!! I bought my son a basic gaming computer from Amazon and consistently had trouble with no power over and over after dealing with unethical seller I decided to stomach the cost and find someone local to see what the problem was. Come and behold I stumbled on Computer Shack with Michelle she is a knowledgeable super humble tech chick and she knows her stuff . She has been doing this for many decades and it shows. She took it apart changed the power supply and before you know it it was up and running and my son has been enjoying it ever since . Huge thank you …I’m a customer for life my son thanks you Profusely.. You need your computer gear fixed check them out!!

I brought my PC in due to constant crashing. Michelle has it fixed up right away and I haven't had any more issues. Great place for help.

I got the dreaded blue screen of death and called Computer Shack and Michelle suggested that I shut it down, remove one of my hard drives and try starting it back up. To my great relief it booted right back up without issue. Since I had built my PC Michelle was able to give me some troubleshooting tips right over the phone and saved me the hassle of packing up my tower and driving down to spend money on a diagnosic fee. Great support and knowledge at the Computer Shack. Will definitely be a returning customer.🤓

These guys are awesome. I had an electric vest that I needed an adapter for. The owner, Jose, made one for me from parts he had at the shop while I waited. We tested it on a battery I brought with me and it wouldn't turn the vest on because the voltage of the battery wasn't high enough. Jose didn't want to charge me for the adapter he made. I insisted I pay him as he used parts he had for sale in the shop. This isn't the first time I've been in his shop. Jose always goes above and beyond expectations. If you need computer work definitely go to the Computer Shack !

I had built a new custom gaming PC by myself for the first time and was having some very odd issues with it rebooting itself/turning off and not turning back on at all. I was at a loss and had no idea where to go or how to troubleshoot the issue, I thought all my money and time had been wasted. I dropped it off to Michelle at Computer Shack and she had it back to me and working perfectly within 24 hours, despite not knowing exactly what my problem was from the beginning. Not to mention at a much lower price than i would expect from most computer repair shops. It’s been a week or so now problem free! Michelle is a miracle worker, as well as being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and coming back if any problems arise in the future. Great service! Brought my laptop in for a repair diagnostic because it would not turn on. Michelle jumped right into finding out the issue. She was able to find out the issue quickly and replaced a bad stick of ram all within 15 minutes! The price was very good for the ram and service (she also cleaned fan vents). Very happy with service; I'm also a very tech savvy person and I could tell she knew her stuff! She did not try to pressure me into spending unnecessary money on upgrades or services, which is a great quality for an honest business.

I couldn't have been happier with working with these guys. Not to mention they are local to Bonney Lake. They built my desktop computer for my business and it has been running strong going on two years now.
