We have been using CRS 911 for 2 years now. Mark is extremely responsive and extremely attentive to our business needs. He took over after we lost our long time computer tech with no information as to our licenses, passwords, etc. and has been able to build our system so that it is understandable; serves multiple users in various sites (and multiple states); while keeping an eye on our costs. Would recommend Mark for both personal and business computer needs!
We've had years of our work network falling apart and many other IT techs come and go trying to fix it. We finally found CRS911 and couldn't be happier! This is the best service you could ask for. They are top notch for all your computer needs & always go above & beyond to make sure their customers needs are satisfactorily met. I have an older computer that needed many upgrades which I thought would be cheaper to just by a new one but CRS 911 brought my old computer back to life & upgraded it to a 100% working capacity. The technician was fast, courteous, extremely knowledgeable & totally honest in regards to what the computer really needed to work properly. Fairly priced & beyond efficient. Mark saved the day for me. One of my store managers has had consistent issues with her computer. After several failed attempts at trying to figure out the problem, I finally called Mark. After he fixed the problems, I got an email for the "best boss ever!" from my store manager. Mark took care of all the issues at an affordable price and periodically follows up to make sure it is still working properly. Service couldn't be better!
My CRS 911 experience was phenomenal! Mark takes care of all our needs; internet, computer safety, computer hook-up, and wifi. Whenever we have a problem or question he's available. We will definitely call CRS 911 again.
Exceptional service bringing back a computer into normal operation that only an expert could perform, and he provided it at my home so none of the hassle of taking it to a store--or the extra risk in these COVID times. He responded to me quickly after reaching out to him that I had issues with my computer. Same day service! Such a FANTASTIC perk!
