I dropped both my son’s and husband’s laptops off to Michael a few weeks ago. He diagnosed both computers on the spot, gave a fair price for both and had the computers finished within 2-3 days. Michael is very kind and personable and my husband and son are very happy with the work he did. I would highly recommend CRW to anyone needing computer work done.
Called Michael and he answered my questions right away. Told me to drop my computer off which he is like 5 minutes or less from me on June 27th, 2024. It was late afternoon so he couldn't do same day but would of. Very nice, pleasant gentlemen, and completed the work everything good. Running fast and got me back as the Administrator. Cleaned it up and working so fast. Would recommend very highly.
If you ever need a repair, this is the place to go! I was having speed issues with my RAM and not only did they look at it the same day I brought it in, but explained what the issue was and how I can fix it. They even helped me add more thermal paste to my CPU. This is definitely one of the best repair shops I've been to!
Im still blown away by the honesty of this business owner. I walked in with my son because I accidentally ripped the WIFI wire while moving the tower, somehow the WIFI card must have gotten loose. We spoke to Michael. He gave us amazing FREE advice. We went home tried it and fixed!

My son needed his PS5 fixed the HDMI port was broken. I called computer repair world for repair & it was fixed the same day. My Son is so happy. The Customer Service that was provided was beyond excellent. If I could leave a 10 star rating I would . If you’re in need of an electronic repair look no further this place is awesome. Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Computer Repair World. For a very reasonable price I dropped my beloved laptop off one afternoon and picked it up the next day. Mike was such a nice guy and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.
Not only Mike did excellent job on the broken screen for my Macbook Pro but he went above and beyond to make sure that things are done right for me. Highly recommended to all local computer repair needs.

I have had many computers built and repaired over the years with mixed results. I finally discovered Michael at Computer Repair World in Middletown, NY. Michael took the time to talk with me to fully understand my issues, gave me an accurate estimate in a timely manner, and performed the work perfectly on time at a fair price.
After the repair I had a few questions and his post-repair customer service and followup was outstanding. I very rarely write reviews and this commentary is unsolicited. I am pleased to give Michael my highest recommendation and would suggest others take advantage of his services for all their computer related issues.

The rice and beans had good flavor even if it Looks unassuming. The quesadilla was delicious and very juicy. The beef was tender as well! The salsa was not spicy but had a nice flavor. I will return for more!
