I can't express how much I appreciated Kevin's professional response to fixing my PC when it was lock up due to a virus that originated from a scam tech support group. The service that he provided was quick and very affordable. He also provided a lot of information on how to avoid such scams in the future along with other information as well. I was so impressed that I opted to sign up for the tech service agreement offered by his company.
