These guys are great. Went in with my laptop that would no longer boot. it was $65 upfront for a diagnostic, but this $65 they said could be put towards any future work/labor which made it well worth it. After talking with them, we identified a failing hard drive as a culprit, the technician gave me his take on the best options going forward, but didn't try to up-sell me or change my mind when I went with a cheaper option. This also meant uploading a new operating system. These people went above and beyond and also reuploaded my essential programs. They worked with me being a student and understanding my financial situation as best they could. These people really are good and honest people, they've earned my business for life.

The owner, Eytan Rodin, has made on-site visits to my home, and he's been more than willing to work around my schedule. If I write him about a problem, he responds very promptly, even if he is at home. He has also logged into my computer at home a number of times from the shop and try to diagnose my problems without my coming in or somebody's coming out. They are very prompt in doing repairs, and often get your computer ready before the time for which it was promised.
