Kelly arrived at my home as scheduled. (even a little early). Kelly satisfied my need to install two (2) Dell Workstations (work at home). His technique was brilliant and professional. We are MORE than happy with his work and work ethic! You can see Kelly has Pride in his business dealings. TY Kelly!

I called a random pc shop and asked Him if he could help me over the phone. He asked with what and we talked about it for a while and he decided to come over and fix the problem free of charge for me. Dropped everything he was doing, obviously didn’t matter what it was and came and helped me if I remember right it was Kelly. That was the best gesture I’ve ever received. Excellent service! We had a hard drive issue and could not figure it out no matter what we did. We called another business and they said they could look at it for minimum of 65 dollars or more depending on what was wrong with it. We decided to call computer helpers and he was amazing trying to help us determine if it was fully broken or not! He determined it was unlikely to be able to be fixed so at least we didn't waste more time trying to fix it. He was incredibly thorough and took over 15 minutes helping us over the phone, I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option. Don't hesitate to call them with issues, they are so helpful!

I'm so happy I brought my computer to get it fixed. I had some fans that had stopped spinning and Kelly was able to fix them right there and then. Walked me through the process and also have some tips and tricks to keep my computer in good shape and running smoothly and all at a reasonable price! Highly recommend this place for any sort of computer fix, Kelly is very educated in the field and knows exactly what he is doing. Will definitely be coming back if I need any other sort of repair or help with my computer.

If you care about your computers, this is where you should take them. I work with computers professionally, but suffice to say, layer 1/PC hardware is not my strong suit. I would consider myself a novice. I recently ran into an issue while trying to upgrade hardware in my desktop, and despite every diagnostic effort I could come up with, I could not get my PC to boot properly. I finally caved and found Computer Helpers, where Kelly did the diagnostics on my PC for free. After easily identifying the issue, he offered not only to repair my PC, but he even showed me how to repair everything, and imparted many lessons upon me. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and even offers discounted rates to senior citizens and military. You will not find someone within 100 miles of here that will give you the same kind of excellent service, nor as reasonable a price for their time. He cares about the customer, and he is very passionate about the work that he does.

Kelly was SO helpful and was able to fix my laptop issue over the phone! Also, he was incredibly nice throughout the process. He had my computer up and running within minutes. I would highly recommend him!!

Kelly did a fantastic job of pinning down an issue I had with a desktop after a motherboard swap. It had me stumped. I wasn’t sure if I had a bad motherboard, bad power supply, or both. Kelly quickly and confidently identified the issue (wiring within the case) and resolved and cleaned up the wiring mess within.

Kelly is the best so glad a friend referred him. Will be back multiple times. And you will not find anyone cheaper who will help you with any computer issues by phone or coming to you. I live 85 miles away so by phone was the best and so easy.I am not a computer person and Kelly has the patience of a saint working with me. Thank you Kelly.
