I was greeted by the very friendly owner. I had an older graphics card from almost 10 years ago and we made some jokes about how the young guy on their team would think it was a dinosaur. Ray came over, we chatted about me wanting to retrieve some files and get an upgrade, and the he said he’d get me an estimate within a day or two. Within 48h he gave me two estimates around the budget I gave. Parts took a long time to arrive but he was very transparent the entire way. Ray was a real professional and showed that their team is very customer-focused.

We are longtime customers of CGPCS. We were fortunate to have not had any issues for quite a few years but when an issue cropped up after a power outage, we did not hesitate to take our very old desktop in for a checkup! Unfortunately, after 15 years, it was time to put her to rest. Raymond was able to extract a of my data and put it all onto my new desktop! I asked A LOT of questions because I'm somewhat electronically illiterate and he was very patient with me! And, their prices are just wonderful! I'm hoping I'm good for a very long time but if not, these guys are ALWAYS my go to for pc repairs!

Scott and Ben were incredibly helpful in assisting me in updating my business computers. Scott was responsive to all my questions and made all the necessary recommendations. Paul was friendly and helpful and was able to help me arrive at a solution to my issue pretty quickly (in less than an hour).

I have 2 computers. The hard drive needed to be replaced due to failure. The other was running out of space . The computer that was running out of space has 2 hard drives. ALL of this information was written on the service sheet. So, why did they replace the hard drive that barely has data on it & left the other drive that was had 2mb of space left. Both computers was supposed to get 2 TB. Due to their confusion & mistakes, even though there was a written service order, I received 1 TB in one computer & 2 TB in the other. Then I asked them to check the battery on the older laptop & that request was ignored. When I picked up my laptops, one was plugged in when Ben turned it on. I get it home, it shuts down. Guess what, I need another battery. Even though diagnostics were done. On that same computer, when I shut it down, a blue screen appeared. Ben said it was nothing. This is still happening! The blue screen/ error. I thought they built computers at this business!!! I sent them an email about the blue screen, no response. They also act like they don't remember conversations, luckily I keep all emails & paperwork. This is has been the worst experience, Ever. The kindness of the employees makes no difference at this point because the service was terrible!!!!

they gave my computer back minus a bunch of data and then kept stalling and lying to me about why and what had to be done to retrieve it in aid of getting us to pay more money (i've since learned that this is common practice for outfits like this). it didn't work, and i cut my losses. they're not even good scammers. EDIT: to the owner, my mother paid for your services so it's not my name on the account, but i dealt with you from the time i got my computer back and yeah, you did what you did, scott.
