Although at first it seemed as if I was getting immediate attention for my problem, I am disappointed with the service and especially the hefty price charged by this place. Although they took a man off another project to look at my laptop issue and he was satisfied with refreshing the display to solve my problem, my issue came back a few weeks later. I had to hire another computer geek to do a deeper dive, do a thorough investigation, program cleanup and tune up. If Computer Enhancement Systems had done a deeper dive while they were at it, and found out what was slowing my computer down, I would have had satisfaction the first time. But for what little they did, I feel the fee was quite an outlay. Melissa did say something about giving me fifty bucks back but I haven’t seen anything yet. I hope they learn from this lesson, do a better diagnosis at the start and treat the next customer better

I love this place. It's a bit of a drive but definitely worth it. They are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They have fixed a laptop and an all in one desktop for me. One was old and one was new. Their prices are very reasonable and the turn around time is pretty quick. I can't say enough. I highly recommend them!

Agreed this company has gone down hill, They told me my business computer was not recoverable, and could not be saved. I almost threw it away which would have been a ton of work to redo. I on my own through the help of google was able to fix it, and it is still working 5 months later. I was waiting to give this review , because I know how reviews reflect on a business. But it is wrong that I was told nobody could recover my data, I have for the last 10 years trusted them. I ALMOST THREW IT AWAY !!! BEYOND UPSET

My new go to computer diagnostics and repair service. Very professional, thorough and honest technicians. The prices are very reasonable and you are informed of all findings and job status throughout the process. Although not personally used, in house service is available.

Our company computer went down due to a power outage. CES was quick to come pick it up, repair the computer and bring it back working smoother than when it was new. Without our computer our company would not be able to run. Thanks again!

I first went there when my Computer died(due to a storm) They were fast,professional and got everything back for me. I again used them when I started with Verizon(a home visit) I live in a Senior Building and I appreciate this service.

I recently offered to help a friend of mine fix his gaming PC, he had taken it to this place who charged him over 100 dollars for a diagnosis of the problem and they were completely wrong!!!!! They had concluded that the graphics card was broken, the only actual problem I could find was a dead cmos battery, a 25 cent fix,just so u noobs at ces know for next time some motherboards have an option to display from the motherboard or off board, my friend had built his PC off an old 2011v2 server and when the cmos battery died it reverted to trying to display from the motherboard rather than the graphics card, I simply went into the bios and set the display priority to off board and the problem was fixed, if you're going to charge about double what the other guys in town charge for a diagnosis you would think they could at least do it right, any tech worth his salt would've caught it and fixed it, if you have any honor you'd offer them their money back since u didn't do anything but tear the PC apart and hand it back to them in several pieces with an incorrect diagnosis! This is an almost unreal level of incompetent at best, at worst they could've been trying to rip him off, in my opinion they did!
