Computer Clinic - Computer repair service in Elizabethton - 1760 W Elk Ave #4, USA

We dropped off our old and new computers more than a month ago to transfer files and were told it would be about a week. We've been unable to reach the company by phone. Internet or in person. We cannot use our tax software or access any of our data. Sign on door says family emergency, closed until further notice. Hope we can get our computers back and leave a more positive review.

My laptop was fixed within a day. I also purchased a security camera and the installation and support has been flawless.

He "fixed and updated" our computer. 3 months later, after being used only once, it is having the same issue. Not impressed. Now I can't even get ahold of him. I have been told he closed up shop and left town.

I took my gaming console down there to be cleaned and the guy did not I even clean it, but I do appreciate him texting me To let me know it’s ready But it was at 1 o’clock at night on a Friday now he did say that I would get back On a Thursday or Friday, but I was not expecting it to take this long to get my gaming console back and not even be cleaned. I even texted him a Video what of I was seeing When I lifted up the fan He said that he did clean it with a toothbrush 🪥 But it was not cleaned From what I seen I Definitely will not be taking any more of my electronic devices to this guy .😥

Incredibly unprofessional. They're out of store frequently, they never respond to calls, constantly sent to voicemail to which they never respond to. It's been over a month of no updates, no responses, nothing.

They were very helpful with my old cellphone. The service is always excellent. It is nice to have someone you can trust helping you with cell and computer needs.

Took my husband's phone to get the screen replaced. There was a slight delay with shipping, but that was not their fault. They called me as soon as the new screen came in. He told me it would take an hour to fix. It took right at 30 minutes! They are friendly and knowledgeable. The price was extremely reasonable. Hopefully we won't need any services again, but if we do, we're definitely going back to Computer Clinic!

Desktop PC wouldn't turn on. In to Clinic at about 10:30am, picked up at 2:00pm with new power supply. Quick, reasonable price and great great customer service. Highly recommend. 👍
