My wife bought a used iMac which ran slowly. She also couldn’t get it to pair with her other Apple devices and Cloud service. She had spent hours on the phone with Apple Support and gotten nowhere until Roy et al fixed her up. I bought an HP for my work which I misconfigured causing my Corel Draw to crash. Corel Support was worthless. Roy spent hours figuring it out. He even lended my a PC after transferring my files to use while he researched the problem. Later he fixed the problem and my HP now is blindingly fast. Both times the charges were more than reasonable. I highly recommend their work.
