CTEKS provides their service for the company I work for many years. In my experience their service is great. Chet, with whom I have worked with has always been available to help when needed either in location or remotely. Some of the service he has provided ranges from network set up, product advise, troubleshooting, software installation and others. I believe that their knowledge and availability makes CTEKS a reliable group to work with.

We used CTEKS at our health care center when our server went down. We were told by our IT team that the hard drive has crashed and we would need to send out for data recovery. I was recommended to CTEKS by a friend, who is their monthly MSP client. I was very impressed by their team. They were professional, efficient, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. In my position as the National Safety Manager and Senior Trainer for a company with 150 employees in 10 offices spread from Chicago to Miami I cannot be without the use of my computer.
