I took my i phone 11 to Chris at Computec Solutions for a software upgrade problem I was having. Chris worked on the phone all day but could not fix the problem. He told me the price of the repair when I dropped off the phone in the morning. He actually stayed late after hours working on my phone. When I came to pick up the phone, he explained what was wrong with the phone and why it is not working. I took out my credit card and he stopped me saying, "We only charge when we fix the problem for our customers." I offered to pay again just for his many hours of working on my phone. He wouldn't take my money! I guarantee you I will always take my computer and i phone repairs to Computec Solutions!! Thank you Chris!!

Brought in a lap top to get fixed, told it needed soldering on the board. Paid. Laptop died a week later. New repair guy at different place says my boards never been soldered and I just had a bad Ram Chip. Computer has been working great for a month. Took money for doing nothing.

Lie about pricing, Start arguments, No customer service, act like punks from the Ghetto. Run the store like a business out of some ones basement, avoid them. Plenty of professionals in palm coast cheaper and professional!!!

Very unprofessional, they have no idea what they are doing! I brought my computer to them and they said it was one problem then called me and said it was something else then charged me for a totally different thing. Came home and the computer still didn't work, so I brought it back to them and same thing again. I brought the computer back to them way to many times for it not to be working! They put my hard drive into a different computer and still there was a problem then I brought it back in and they had so many different diagnostic excuses. I was definitely over charged and this last time I picked it up and they handed me parts from it and didn't even screw it back together! I definitely do not recommend them to anyone!

This business is courteous, prompt, and thorough. Jose was quick to diagnose the issues with my computer and called me with a quote to fix it. The price was reasonable and I picked it up the following day. Very happy with the experience. Well done.

My experience with CompuTec was wonderful. My son's computer just completely would not turn on. I dropped it off the week prior to hurricane Dorian but ended up leaving it longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. When I arrived to pick it up the owner was very understanding and polite. He totally fixed the problem and he hasn't had any issues with it ever since. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for computer repair.

Worst business on the planet this guy will keep your computer and tell you he's going to run diagnostics on it and when you return he has it in 100 pieces he's such a ripoff if you have any of these experiences

I learned about this company through our buying realtor, Better Buy Realty. I took our desktop to the CompuTec Solutions office at US1 and SR 100. It was easy to get to and to get in. Jose and his wife were very friendly. Jose diagnosed the problems and called me the next day. He gave the price, which was very reasonable, and said it would be ready in a day or two. I picked it up and took it home. The desktop now screams. The hack-jacking programs are now gone. This is our computer solution company from now on!
