I have been there twice in 48 hours due to the type of blood work I needed. Both times the staff has been so sweet and very helpful with my fear of needles. It was one of the least painful blood work I have had and it went decently quick too.

They made me wait 45min to drop off a urine sample. It was not lunch time and I was the only one there. When they finally got to me I was told it could not be accepted because it was 2 hours old and they could only accept samples 1 hour old or less. So I gave them a sample there and the person who took the sample acted like it had the plague. That was just 1 of 3 bad experiences. I drive to Compunet in Troy now and they are great!

I've been going to this component for decades and I've been treated kindly and absolutely loved this place until today. I couldn't even call and ask about what happened to my labs without being cut off and told I wasn't being nice. I apologized for my frustration but the last time I was there I had blood dripping down my arm when I left And it soaked my jacket And that was just last week and now to find out they didn't even run all the labs they were supposed to and I've got to go again.

They do a great job so it's the only place I like to go for my blood work

I had a great experience here. It was very fast service, & all of the staff were friendly. I became lightheaded after my blood draw, but the staff was quick to help me safely lay down & return to normal. They even explained to me why it was happening which was very reassuring. Absolutely would recommend!

The people there are always so nice and bubbly and they are great at answering questions and making you feel comfortable and cared for. I have no problem with the people themselves. The only reason I gave a 4 is because I have seizures and knee issues and it is so far for me to walk to the door that I can never go by myself. I have to have someone take me or meet me there.

Wonderful staff, quick results, short wait time, was able to draw my blood with the first try! I also had ease of scheduling my appointment online for more convenience and less hassle! I would recommend this lab!

The girls that drew my daughter blood were absolutely amazing! They were very sweet and informative. My daughter felt she was going to pass out and they were quick to work together smoothly and get her feeling better.
