got one call back while i was at work. tried to call back over several more days 4x more at different times of day. never got a call back...& now apparently they lie about not answering or returning phone calls also. i left 3 voicemails as well.

These guys are absolutely Wonderful. I took my computer in on Monday For repair and Upgrade to my OS and didn't expect to see it back for at least a week.Jason called me that afternoon and said your computer is ready. I was shocked that they did it so fast And when I picked it up Jason told me everything that they did and was also available when I called back with questions About the new software. this is the second time that I have used them and they've done great both times.

My experience here at CompuDoc was great. I am so relieved to have my computer up and running again. Jimmy and Jason fixed more than I thought I needed and explained everything they did. The cost was fair and affordable and they fixed it the same day. This family owned business is worth checking out. I will be returning if I need to. Thank you all for your help.

Dropped off both my PCs and they replaced my power supply and did a tune up. They were able to troubleshoot 1 of my computers and fix it within the hour.

I would say this shop is good for basic repair but if you have complex issues such as needed motherboard issues fix I would recommend taking it else where.

Called the computer company in town and they could not figure it out. This guy walked me through it over the phone within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and will use it again!!!
