WOW! Just fantastic above and beyond service. Long story short, I had to leave for Atlanta in one day, but something on my fairly new Lenovo laptop died, and my battery wouldn't charge. All my docs were backed up, but my fairly new laptop was a paper weight now, unless Compu-Gen could fix it. Jason went into great detail in sharing all my options, and the best option was, if my computer couldn't be fixed in time to leave for Atlanta in 9 hours, my best option was to buy a new one, and clone my hard drive, a much more expensive option. He didn't have to put me first, but he did, and he was able to fix my existing laptop, i had him update the OS, and put on Win 365, and he checked my system for errors or viruses, (found one), added anti-virus software. Instead of a huge bill for a new system, within 2 hours it was fixed, and 70% less than i was worried i would have to pay, and i was back in business. They totally could have hoodwinked me, and told me i had to have a new expensive computer, but they are pro's and are honest and have integrity. The first thing i did was come home and set it up, and write this review. No other company like them in the area, competent, fast friendly, professional, honest, will 100% recommend them to anyone, and use them again. Thank you Jason, and Compu-Gen, you were all FANTASTIC!!

Wonderful people - professional, helpful, caring, and very interested in providing the exact products and information the customer needs. The hard drive on my laptop crashed and by the end of the day I was up and running with a new laptop and data restored. I feel I can contact them with questions or problems I encounter in the future, and I cannot recommend a group of "techies" more highly.

Compu-Gen Technologies, Inc. advised me on a replacement computer with the same manufacturer Hewlett-Packard Company (HP). They protected me by ensuring I had a solid state hard drive (SSD) and a virtual private network (VPN) for public Wi-Fi. They were professional, extremely helpful and truly just a great company to do business with. New features will enhance the technology and security of my computer. While features were compared I felt marketing material could of been used to educate me. After my hard drive was removed/recycled I learned the recycling was not available to the public which encouraged me to share the gap in service with the city. Ultimately, the computer replaced was donated to Good Will of North Central Pennsylvania in the city. Thanks again to Ethan, Jason, and the Compu-Gen team on the continued service.

Matt was amazing. My daughter is at college and needed to get an essay done yesterday and, of course her computer had issues. Matt was very understanding and went above and beyond to get things working again. I am very thankful for his help!

Superb service! I requested a custom build for a new computer workstation specifically to support running SolidWorks 2023 and provided a detailed list of components. Jason Vought contacted me and kept me up-to-date on the parts ordering and receipt and completed the assembly and testing a full week earlier than he had predicted. The system is up and running, working flawlessly. Bravo Zulu to Jason and Compu-Gen. They will receive all future computer system technical business from Lycoming Design LLC.

We are SO HAPPY with the service and reliability Compugen offers. We often work with Matt and could not feel more valued and taken care of. (He's the ABSOLUTE BEST!) They are always working around our strange requests, trying to save us money and keeps our office running 24/7 which isn't an easy job with as much tech as we have! I own my own business, that is 90% computer run. Well on Monday morning I went to start my day and my main PC wouldn't fire up. I quickly called a couple local shops and Compu-gen was the only one that could get me in right way.
