My Imac froze and my repair choices seemed daunting...shipping, long drives, long period of no-access to my vital data. Apple helped me find Progressive Technology in my home town and the experience was terrific. Matt received my machine and called me with his assessment within the hour. In the course of a few days he ordered parts and tried the few obvious solutions and returned my machine quickly in perfect condition. The big plus was his direct communication with Apple to ensure full warranty coverage. I hope I never have a computer set-back again but when it occurs, I feel great knowing Progressive Technology and Matt are close by. Strong Recommendation!

I had an extensive issue with my MacBook Pro that was not an easy fix. I typically try to resolve any technical issues with technology but this was far above my pay grade. After contacting Apple Customer support they referred me to Progressive Technology. Matt and his staff were very friendly and professional and after diagnosing my computer and contacting Apple, they were able to repair it free of cost and in an expedited manner. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their Apple products.

Took my Macbook Pro in for a fix covered under warranty (display replacement). They couldn't have done a better job on any level. Great customer service, communication, updates and timeliness. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I ran into a MacBook problem whilst traveling, and could not be happier with the quality service and turnaround time that Matt at Progressive Technology provided. Extremely personable, professional and thorough. Complete Applecare keyboard and battery replacement with full diagnostic and machine reset in under 48 hrs - including initial triage and ordering of parts. I couldn't provide a stronger recommendation.

Initially I was a little wary of going to an Apple Authorized Service Provider instead of an actual Apple Store, having never been to anything else, but I am so happy that I did. These guys truly run a first class operation over there. They were extremely kind and very helpful in getting my Macbook Pro repaired quickly. The trackpad on my laptop wasn't working correctly and, being my main work computer, I needed it fixed ASAP. After I brought it in, they ran a diagnostics to see if there was anything they could do in store but it turned out that it was actually a hardware problem that required a new trackpad and keyboard combo. The parts arrived the next day and they installed that same day. The replacement parts were also covered under my warranty so they didn't cost me a dime. I did pay the priority service surcharge because of my hurry to get it fixed, but for a one day turnaround, it was totally worth it. Plus it saved me from having to make two roundtrips up to Charleston!

Above & Beyond Had a computer emergency as my MacBook Pro decided to quit working when I was in the middle of a Big client project that was due on Monday (Isn't that when all computers quit working?). Brought the laptop in on Thursday and Matt ran a diagnostic on the drive Thursday pm to find the drive was corrupt. He was able to transfer (the data I needed to an external drive that he let me borrow) and back up all my data and install a new drive on Friday, but wait it gets better. After the shop closed on Friday Matt called and said that he was going to be in the area and could drop the laptop off to me on Friday night knowing that I had the project due on Monday. To say I was floored is an understatement. Seriously, if you have computer issues just call Progressive. Not only are they experts in computer repair but the customer service is Above and Beyond. Rare in this day and age...Thanks guys
