Complete Interactive Technologies has been a great company to work with. We started out with their hosted phone system and have been very happy with the service and installation. We have since upgraded our camera system with them. Wow! What a great system. We are amazed at the quality. Austin and Chris were both fantastic with the installation and training of the camera system. They went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move forward with our office relocation. I would highly recommend CIT.

I work in the hospital setting. We usually have complete come and do the lines. I have done this kind of work in the past so I can respect and understand what goes into pulling cables etc. They came out and ran some lines for a big move we are doing and after the estimate part was done it was game day, When they came out they had these lines dropped before I could even blink. Like literally there is at least 15 areas they had to pull lines to and I walked over and the pull was aready in each of the rooms awaiting for me to show them where they needed to put them on the wall. Professional Concise and communicate was just impressive Thanks complete for helping our team complete the main thing holding us back on moving into a new area. You all rock!

My practice has been a customer of CIT for roughly two years. They are the best! Specifically, I sent an email to Austin Demaria last night at 9:30pm and he responded within 10 minutes! Not sure why he was working that late, but nonetheless, solved my problem in a minute! Customer service is a lost art, but not at CIT. They have been fantastic for our business. So grateful for their efforts.

We couldn't be happier with CIT from Gabriel, the Customer Manager, to Austin and Paul, the installers/IT dept. The transition from the former system to the new system (which has been improved 100+%), was effortless, efficient and expedient. The entire staff is very courteous and questions are answered virtually immediately. We highly recommend CIT as we are very satisfied and pleased with the staff, product, quick response, service and price.

We had a new phone system installed at our two Greenhouses in Troy and Shelby township by CIT. Our tech Austin D. was excellent to work with. We had no disruption to our business during the install which was amazing. Any changes that we need to make(hours etc), are handled promptly. We highly recommend CIT!!!
