Edited since owner response: Looks like a horrible example of an AI response from owner, If they were actually worried about being a reliable place to stay they would not tell a person with a confirmed reservation they could not accommodate that reservation. Especially when the people who walked in behind us said we just called from the road and we are here to check in, taking them over the person with a confirmed reservation is ludicrous. I will attach a photo of my confirmed reservation that the woman said was made under their old system and basically told us we were beat in a very rude and unprofessional manner! Can't really rate the room because even though I had a confirmed reservation I was told they didn't have it, blamed on on a new system and said a bunch of rooms were torn apart. But if the woman at the front desks shirt was an indication of the cleanliness of the rooms we likely wouldn't have stayed there anyways. Rude and unprofessional at best, I come to Saratoga often as do many of my colleagues and friends. I will never give this place any of my money and will be sure that no one I know or work with does either!

This is a typical motel. Although they claim to have done upgrades recently the building is still very old with limited hot water, slow AC, missing electrical outlets etc. It use to run under $200 per night but this year they are asking $500-$600 per night! I cannot see people paying this as this is NO WHERE near worth that. If you are going to spend that money definitely go some place else. The location is the only decent thing about this place.

This is a budget motel, so set your expectations accordingly. The bedding and room were clean. The hot water never got hot enough to take a shower, so I skipped that. There was only one hand towel in the room. The window blinds were broken so anyone walking by could see into the room. No shampoo or other amenities. I was only driving through so the place was adequate.

This motel is horrible. Miserable woman at the desk. My reservation was canceled. The appearance is disgusting. I can't imagine the rooms. Plus there was a murder there recently.

The owner is very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Room was very large, enough to easily inflate an air mattress for us. Great location, and walking distance, but the walls are very thin and we were woken up by college students two nights in a row (stayed on a Friday night). Otherwise fantastic!

I had a great experience here! The lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful, and they got me in last minute. The rooms are modest but in a great location and provided everything needed. It was quiet, comfortable and I got a good nights sleep.

Budget Rated 4 Star - Location, location, location. This is a great "bang for your buck" motel during racing season. It backs to Congress Park and affords you the ability to walk the downtown area at half the price of other hotels/motels. Staff was friendly. Coffee and microwave were located in front office. If you don't mind an older room with some wear and tear, this hotel is a good option as it was clean with nice linens and old-time charm.

Very good location. Very kind staffs. The Lennin and mattress are very clean and comfortable. I really recommend the motel.|I couldn't connect the WIFI. A staff helped me a lot. There are refrigerator and micro oven in the room. Ice cubes are available in the office, but BBQ is not available during winter. |
