I was referred to Comm-Tech by a friend. I walked in, talked to Matt. He was very personable and approachable. I was treated like family. When I came in I thought I needed a whole new PC, but Matt was quick to tell me I could save time and money by just upgrading a few components. I write this from my upgraded computer now. It is faster and better than ever! I also ran into some issues with my backed up hard drive information. Matt spent hours logging into my computer remotely while I went to work so when I returned I had what I needed. I wish there were 10 stars because that is what Comm-Tech Deserves. I was pulling my hair out because I couldn't get my printer to print and I needed something to renew my business license. I texted Bill and we set it up so he could take hold of my computer. I brought my computer to these guys last year for issues with it crashing. The diagnosis was that it was dying, but by using the excellent advice that was given to me I was able to keep it up and running. That old dinosaur still runs to this day. Last December my daughter gave me a nifty new computer. I was told about Matt Moore by Mary Jo Smith. I needed someone to take pics. etc from my old computer. I called the phone # she gave me in the evening. expecting a recorder to take my name and #. Matt answered the phone and was most helpful and had all up and running soon.
