My experience today with Comfortech Service Experts were excellent! I have never had a bad experience with any of the guys that work with this company. Clyde Duncan and Arron Garrison did a superb job today at my home. They arrived on time, work quickly, professionally, and respectfully. Steven Tollison and Josh did a superb job on maintenance of our HVAC unit. The before and after pictures are amazing. They were professional and courteous. Steven and Josh take pride in what they do. Thank you Comfortech! I called to report a leak in the attic under the new HVAC drip pan. Expert Technician, Elliot Wallace, was at my door within a few hours!! Elliot was very polite, thorough, and helpful! He is a very knowledgeable technician, who is well trained and also explains things well to his customers. Jonathon and Howard were my installers. They were both excellent in their fields. Their work was done to perfection. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property spotless. We have really enjoyed the services of comfort tech over the years. More recently, we have been utilizing their service plan. They are always very professional when they come. Joshua Boldin did a really good job most recently. Highly recommend.

Steve Tollison was knowledgeable, affable, and efficient at getting the indoor air handling unit started up again. Unfortunately, a bad thunderstorm rolled into the area before he could clean the outdoor unit. He scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day. The two techs that came the next day to clean the unit were John and Steve. They were courteous and proficient at cleaning the outdoor unit. John was diligent in ensuring that the unit started following maintenance and could lower the house's air temperature.

Excellent 5-star rating. I had called just before noon and they got here before one. Alex and Will had finished a previous job early and weren’t too far from our house which worked to our advantage. Alex is very knowledgeable and explained the issue as he worked. He was very nice to work with and I appreciate the fast service on this hot day. Since our system is on the older side (2011) Will explained the possibility of a new system for our future. I think one of the best things one could say is would you call Comfortech and Alex again for any future problems. Definitely. Thank you.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the quality of service that we received from the Comfortech Service Expert, Zach, who came to or house! He had such a kind, calm, honest spirit, and from the moment that he arrived, Zach was so thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the issue, and he took the time to explain every single thing that he was doing. After Zach left, I told several people I knew that if they ever had any issues with heating, cooling, plumbing, or any other home comfort issues, they better run, not walk, to Comfortech Service Experts!! I will never try anyone else after the service we received! I am very pleased with my care!!
