A/C stopped. Got an answer to my call in 5 rings. Had a service tech scheduled for 3-4pm. Got here at 2 pm, had us up and running in a hour & change. ( it can’t always work that way, but they work to get it right. I would have been quite satisfied if it had not happened so quickly) This is not my first experience with the company. They have been a pleasure to work with each time; clear, courteous, thorough & professional. Very pleased, Thank you
