Comfort Tech Inc. - HVAC contractor in Winder - 724 Stratford Ln, USA

I contacted Comfort Tech after experiencing days of inside temperatures as high as 86 degrees. They were very responsive and came out to diagnose the issue. We had a great, honest conversation about my options and best course of action. Within minutes, the unit was fixed and relief from the unbearable heat began. Can’t thank them enough!

Comfort Tech was very professional and accommodating. The technician (Mike) identified the problem right away with my unit, and gave me a few solutions, along with prices - wow! He repaired it very quickly with a part of higher quality than the failed one. As Mike was close to finishing the job I received a very important phone call. When he finished I was still on the phone, and was gonna end it, but Mike signaled me to finish my call. I finally ended the call, and Mike gave me the update about my unit, and was very courteous. We concluded our business, and I couldn't be happier! BTW - this is the second time I've dealt with Mike. I was impressed the first time, which is why I used his company again. It was 100 degrees today, but we're all cool in the AC now.

Found Mike on facebook, and decided to give him a call after our A/C stopped working. He was able to schedule us the very next day. He took his tim trying to fix the motor so we wouldn’t have to purchase another. He got it to run and to not make the noise it did before . How ever it was too far gone . He was able to find a Replacement piece, and was able to install it in a timely matter. We will be call him for further issues we may have . Highly recommend.
