Comfort Suites - Hotel in Vicksburg - 100 Berryman Rd, USA

A great hotel, has a gym, and an indoor pool. Room was very good, but really could use more 🔌 plugs near the head of the bed in these electronic heavy times. Very nicely appointed, comfortable mattress on both bed. Breakfast was okay. My son and I felt it was very good for visiting the area.

This property is very clean inside and out. The front desk lady named Erin S. We arrived close to midnight exhausted from travel all day. She was very professional and polite. Greeted us with a hello and smile. Great stay will definitely visit again. She’s awesome!!!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the rooms are a really good size. However the hotel and rooms are pretty run down and in need of remodeling. Our room smelled like mildew from the minute we opened the door and the smell did not go away. There was a red spot on one of the queen comforters, and the shampoo in the bathroom looked already used because it wasn’t all the way full.

We got in pretty late in the evening, another guest said he been in the lobby for about 30mins waiting for someone. I only waited about 5-10 min. Got in the room and there were a few stains on the carpet and some towels that were not clean . We stayed because there’s no refund on the room. For the price I would’ve liked to have seen the rooms a little cleaner. The Queen beds look more like full size beds. The AC worked fantastic. The young lady at the front desk this morning was pretty nice. You could smell the yummy breakfast all the way down on the elevator . Not bad if you just need a quick stay but this will not be the first choice going forward.

We arrived late last night , checked in and realized we were not getting points for our stay . We asked the front desk about the points she said no worries she would have it all taken care of . Went to our room and the room door was propped open . The room had a bad smell to it and the carpets were damp. The next morning our bill was slid under our door and said we would not get points for our stay due to the rate of our room. Went back to the front desk and they said there was an issue with our account but to call corporate and they would fix the issue for us. Called corporate wasted 30 mins on the phone for them to say they would not add points for our stay due to they have to wait until 72 hours after our stay to do anything. Spoke with a supervisor who said they would not add points now due to the mix up on our accounts . This is beyond frustrating and worst experience . We have tried to give choice hotels several chances and every time we stay at one there is always an issue . We will never waste money at these types of hotels again. Any other chain if there is an issues they are more then happy to fix it and make it right . I do not recommend this chain at all!

The front desk lady didn't want to show me a room before paying for it, so I left. She wasn't friendly at all. She said it was the hotel policy period. We moved to Home2 cross the street, and we loved it so much. I'm so glad I did.

Comfortable beds, low freeway noise, and large rooms, The staff are very courteous. Great location and has an indoor pool but cold water. Small workout room. Clean rooms. Typical free breakfast offerings. Room door and walls noise are higher than most. Also the window frames in a number of rooms have signs of water damage.

Have stayed here several times. This time was awful! On the 4th no hot breakfast; staff just said they were told not to cook. After being out all day we came back to the room with the bed not made. They did replace the towels. Next day the same along with ice bucket still full of water. We inquired about why and the clerk said, “ is there something on the bed?” No, I would just like the bed made up. The next day we requested a made up bed and the WHY look was still on her face. What has happened to service?? I don’t think too much to ask for being that I keep a clean room for them!! We will not come back again.
