This Comfort Suites West Omaha is the Best Hotel by far we have stayed at in Omaha. Clean, QUIET, Perfect Location. Beds comfortable, linens are clean and soft. Staff is happy to assist with any issue and knowledge of the community. Full Hot breakfast and cold things cold. Dining area is Clean. Room for those busy morning when everyone is there at once. Recommend this hotel and it's staff.
Absolutely wonderful stay!!! The staff was outstanding, the room was large, breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient!!! This was a last-minute booking, and it was super quick and easy. The whole place was super clean, including the parking lot! Can't say enough good things about my stay. Great job, Comfort Suites West Omaha!!!!
I stayed here with a group of 16. The rooms had plenty of space to fit 5 sleepers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was good (3 waffle makers, so no waiting!). One warning: if you're over 20, I recommend not depending on the fold out beds, you're going to have some back pain otherwise.
Staff is awesome. Super friendly, and efficient. Checked us in quickly, and kept everything clean. Rooms are clean, which is most of what we want when we select a room. Our room was super cold, which after a day at the zoo, was so refreshing. Our only real issue is in the setup of the room, the A/C blows directly on the feet of everyone in the bed. Which if you are like me, you love it. But if you're like my wife, it makes for a frustratingly cold night. So more of a design issue than anything with the hotel.
Clean and well maintained hotel. Everything you need is provided. Rooms are ample space and beds and pillows are relatively comfortable. Nice TV and the bathroom is large. Water pressure could have been better in the shower though. Breakfast is sub par but it is included in your stay. It ends at 9:30 which I think is a little too early for folks not staying for business.
Brought the family here after having a rough experience in same brand of hotels in Colorado. Very pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms that are modern, clean, open with friendly staff. Enjoyed it!
The rooms are clean and nice. The property is nice. Not much room if you have a trailer. I could hear the TV and someone snoring next door. Was intermittently loud from people upstairs also. Standard hotel breakfast. Great restaurant next door.
I stayed here for 4 days/ nights with my family. Hotel has a peculiar smell both in the room and in the hallways. Coffee is horrible, watered down. Shower drain was very slow and shower curtain was torn and had stains. Bed mattress was poor quality or very old, and making squeaky noises. Location is convenient and safe. Hotel and services not up to the mark, for the price point.
