I’m a bit of a germaphobe so hotel stays are never easy for me so the fact that the room was really clean was great. Very quiet, lots of channels to surf through, and fast WiFi. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because apparently they gave me someone else’s room and in result I was disturbed 3 times, all while I was asleep. I would think management would use the phones or call me to the lobby instead of banging and banging on the door.

Nice and clean hotel located close to the freeway exit. Rooms are of big size and super friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Plenty of parking space for car and big vehicles. Location is in close proximity of mall and restaurants. Will be back when visit the area.

The rooms are great! Clean and renovated. I turned on the TV only to find out there was no cable. Too bad. Would have given 5 stars

They really should update their photos of the rooms. They were one hundred percent better than I expected from looking at their photos. So nice, cozy, and clean! I'm absolutely ecstatic over the lady at the front desk, Sian. She was so pleasant and friendly! I have never met a nicer hotel receptionist. Give her a raise! I will definitely be returning if I am ever headed that way.

The room was very nice; clean, quiet, comfortable. When I asked if the hot tub was working at check-in, I was told the pump was out, but it was still hot. NOT! You can't soak sore muscles in cold water and I don't like being lied to. Breakfast was typical Choice fare, but the eggs were getting rubbery. May have to start calling ahead to verify amenities before reserving.

If you have misphonia, do not stay here. You will not be able to sleep. If your neighbor turns on their AC unit, the low pulsating thrum will keep you up all night and in pain. It's like if you were to decide to sleep next to a car with the bass turned way up. I thought if I could get a room as close to the top and side as possible (the least adjacent rooms) I could actually gets some rest on my work trips, unfortunately my neighbor turned on their AC unit and the painful thrum comes right through the wall. To recount another stay, there is something between rooms 309 and 311 that makes the same thrumming noise, it's not the AC because I ended up being unable to sleep in room 309 and asked to move, they were very accommodating and put me in 311. I turned off the AC in room 309 and the same thrumming sound was happening in room 311, there is a door between the doors to those too rooms the staff doesn't know what's behind that door. I don't really care other than the painful thrum. When I mention this to the staff they don't seem to understand, and their response makes me feel like I'm crazy, as if I'm overreacting. I'm not sure what the policy is for interacting with guests, staff either doesn't understand or aren't allowed to say "yeah the noise padding room to room is not effective" So if you have sensitive ears, do not stay at this hotel. for like 10-20 bucks more a night the next door holiday inn has much better room to room sound proofing or whatever it is that doesn't cause my ears to ache and my anxiety to spike.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! The room floors turned my feet black that’s how dirty they were. The walls are so thin!!!! I stayed there January 4th-7th 2024 and there was a family on the second floor next to me with children and all they did was scream and yell and blast the tv all night long!! You can hear every single thing in this hotel and so many people complained about this family and im not sure what was done but the noise would only stop temporarily before it began again. Please hold guests accountable for causing a ruckus.

Clean spacious reasonably priced hotel with a standard free breakfast (waffle maker, egg, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, bagels, coffee, etc). Like they provided makeup wipes. I couldn’t get the heat adjusted to my liking. There’s a small fitness area (a treadmill, yoga mat, flex machine?). The treadmill didn’t work when I was there. Small indoor pool. Washer and dryer. Last minute booking. Would stay again.
