Comfort Suites Troy-I75 - Hotel in Troy - 1800 Towne Park Dr, USA

We checked in on Thurs afternoon. The worker who's name i wish I got, was very pleasant and friendly. Our first room had a broken AC which she quickly moved us into another room which was very well cleaned and comfortable. The TV worked great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to many stores and the highway. The breakfast was great and honestly better than a few Hampton Inns we stayed at. We'll definitely be back if we return to the area. Hopefully the $50 deposit will be returned soon. Will edit if not. Suggestions: the heated pool was very cold. My wife could only stay in it a few minutes. Bringing back the hot tub would be nice as well.

For being a Choice Hotel this Comfort Suite was definitely not up to standards...mold in the shower,comforter looked like it was sitting in a laundry basket for at least a week... the one on the left wasn't too bad but the other one.......the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy..... really thinking about finding a different line of hotels after 15 years of using Choice Hotel

I wiped everything in the room with disinfectant wipes. Absolutely no dirt! Staff was friendly. My only issue was the required $50 "deposit" at check-in. Supposedly, it will drop off my statement as we didn't use their marketplace for snacks. The room was very quiet. The heating/ac unit was quiet and worked quickly to get the room to desired temperature.

The owner is terrible! Rolled her eyes at me when a question was asked! Never received my deposit back! The morning dude was dummer than a box of rocks. The front desk girl Melody was amazing. Breakfast crew was amazing. Owners son or whatever he was, was just weird, looked like a deer in headlights when asked a question, never followed through on anything he said he would bring our room. Ended up checking out before our time was over.. 10/10 do not recommend!!!

It's not terrible, but it's clear it's Pakistani run. Everything is the cheapest available, the hot water is merely warm, the soaps remind me of what I would get at motel6, BUT, the beds are super comfortable and our room had a pullout bed, which the kids fought over. Breakfast is hot, powdered eggs and sausage product links, along with bread, and actually pretty good coffee. Most of the ice machines are broken, and there is no wifi.

Made a reservation a week in advance, which was non-refundable. An hour from arrival, I get a phone call that the hotel got overbooked and my room was not available. But that they would give me a free room on another night. Not exactly any good when when I’m hours from home.

The owner is the most pure hearted woman who understands and believes in and uplifts her employees. She will clean the rooms herself if she has too and will not rent out a room unless it's 100% perfect. Highly recommend for everyone!

We were a couple traveling from Virginia, arriving after 10:15 pm. We originally had a king room booked for four nights. The first night, we had to call the police, including the front desk, because the woman on top of us was fighting with her boyfriend and did not want to leave the hotel, which caused us to be moved to the third floor to a two Queen bed suite. Over the next couple of nights, we dealt with children running down the hallways, not children, big teenagers. I had to tell them myself to stop people doing construction work across the hall, which Disturbed our sleep and a mattress that was hard as a rock. However on the positive side, the tall young man overnight tried his best to help us with our first-night situation, and the young lady who cooked the breakfast was amiable and attentive.
