Comfort Suites The Villages - Hotel in Lady Lake - 1202 Avenida Central, USA

One of the nicer Comfort Suites out there. My crews do alot of work in Central Florida so we use this hotel pretty often. Rooms , location and everything else are definitely 5 stars. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is 1 particular employee. She was rude during every time any of us came in or had to speak with her. Everyone else was great. The desk guys at night are very cool. I can't say enough about how clean the place inside and out. Location is close to tons of food and shopping.

Let’s start off with our front desk attendant…. The individual would not acknowledge us until he finished his game of solitaire. After that it proceeded to check us in. We gather our room key and proceeded to our assigned room. Once on the second floor we exit the elevator and we immediately are taking back by the aroma of cigarettes.. funny thought , every room has a sign that clearly depicts no smoking. Once we arrive at our room we try our key, the lock lights up but doesn’t open. We proceed back to the front desk. We advise him of the door not opening. He proceeds to tell us “ you have to lift up of the handle. “ great, that would have been helpful front the start. We bring to his attention the the floor smells like an ash tray . He was more the happy and helpful to move us to the ground floor without an issue.. we arrive at the room, every thing is all fine and dandy , but then the tub look like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I understand it’s a budget style hotel , but at least scrub a tub.

The hotel is located near shopping and restaurants. It’s very clean. They do allow dogs up to 100lbs and have a dog relief area in the back of the hotel. Service at the front desk and at breakfast was excellent. The staff knows the area well, kept the breakfast area running well and generally were very professional and friendly. The hotel rooms were clean. No issues with this hotel at all. I expected something different based on other Comfort Suites, but am happy to say I was very pleased. I’d stay at this location again.

The rooms couldn't keep a steady temp, the shower never had hot warm it was barely warm. And the free wifi anyone could use and it was spotty at best. As for service we were told we only got it if we requested it. Honestly i have been at alot of comfort inns and this one was fairly run down.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is delicious. I liked that each room had a card in front of the tv giving channels instead of trying to get the guide up. If you have a pet, ask for 1st floor. Much easier. Highly recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here if you like sleep. Paper thin walls. Dogs barking inside rooms. We could quite clearly hear the “people” in the room next to us talking/sneezing/coughing late into the evening and then resume loud talking and TV super early the next morning. Why hotels have to be so desperate to allow dogs is a mystery. Avoid this place. It sucks.

Great place to stay the night in the northern part of The Villages, walkable to the Spanish Square. Super clean & tidy large Suite Room. Safe area. Reasonable price, very nice breakfast with quite a large selection of breakfast foods, and several hot coffees available. Near the older part of The Villages, but up-to-date well-taken care of Square, Village buildings, landscaping, sidewalks & streets.

Stayed there 2 nights with kids. Rooms clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. My 10yo daughter made a review and dropped it with front desk Shirley and she read it and delivered. So sweet.❤️❤️
